    Notice is hereby given that any person at any time before the grant of Patent may give representation by way of

    opposition to the Controller of Patents at appropriate office on the ground and in a manner specified under

    section 25(1) of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 read with Rule 55 of the Patents (Amendment) Rules,

    2006.

    Notice is also given that if any interested person requests for copies of the complete specification, drawing and

    abstract of any application already published, the photocopy of the same can be supplied by the Patent Office as

    Under the new provision of the Patents Act, 1970 as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005

    and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III,

    Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published

    containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th

    months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions

    of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.

    The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are

    discontinued from 01/01/2009.

    SPECIAL NOTICE

    Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.

    However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken

    for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months

    operating this system is also less as compared to current system. This system avoids duplicate or fake voting. Single voter cannot be

    registered in different constituencies at the same time. All voting data collection is centralized, hence confusion can be avoided. This

    system provides method for voting with ease of voting data collection, maintenance, transfer and analysis.

    present invention relates to DC-DC Buck Converter. The innovation comprises the Second Order Sliding Mode Controller (SOSMC)

    for DC - DC Buck Converter. Firstly, second order sliding mode controllers with prescribed convergence law is designed using the

    Buck converter model. The necessary bounds on the parameter variations for designing the SOSM are obtained. The closed loop

    stability condition is also derived using Lyapunov function. The SOSM controller is implemented with Digital Signal Controller

    STM32F407VG based on ARM Cortex M4 controller. The converter performance is assessed in simulation as well experimentally

    with the SOSMC and compared with classical sliding mode control. The effects of varying controller parameters and load

    disturbances are also analyzed to endow the robust performance of the converter and efficacy of the algorithm.

    results in vehicle stability and steering effects, and supplements the torque generated by propulsion unit. A natural law of gyroscopic

    principle is utilized for generating torque couples in required conditions.

    improved menstrual cup which offers improved comfort, ease of insertion and removal, as contrasted with prior art devices is

    disclosed.

    The present invention relates to synthesis of Potassium prop-2-enoate and potassium silicate based superabsorbent polymer further

    incorporated with nano nutrients and carbon nanotubes. Method for preparing superabsorbent polymer is revealed. A monomer is

    polymerized by free-radical polymerization in the presence of cross-linker and initiator for the formation of a gel. It acts as a soil

    conditioner through reduction in soil pore size, slow water release and increase nutrient uptake efficiency. Present superabsorbent

    polymer have the major application in emerging hydroponic farming, by saving up-to 90-95% water. Present invention also contain

    carbon nanotubes with improve germination and enhance germinative growth. Present superabsorbent polymers also contain liquid

    solution which contain nano nutrients. Nano nutrients give best results with law dosage and higher absorption rate. The superabsorbent

    polymers extent crop production through higher efficiency, higher quality crops, vast bloom and irrigation water saving. The

    superabsorbent polymers are also used in diaper, absorb body fluids, wound dressings, tissue engineering, wire and cable for water

    blocking, spill control for cleaning and removing chemical and in the solar pond for solar energy.

    networks, a control system has been proposed that will act as an embedded system which can monitor and control supply in MSEDCL

    using built-in input and output peripherals. . Proposed control system will act as an embedded system which can monitor and control

    supply of user from MSEDCL using built-in input and output peripherals. This system allows the MSEDCL operator to effectively

    monitor and control the MSEDCL user supply via the mobile phone by sending commands in the form of SMS (Short Message

    Service). The main concept behind the project is receiving the SMS sent by operator and processing it further as required to perform

    On-Off operations. The type of the operation to be performed depends on the nature of the SMS sent. The principle of this project is

    fairly simple in which SMS is stored and polled from the receiver mobile station, then required control signal is generated and sent to

    the intermediate hardware. In proposed system microcontroller is used as a decision making device. Control unit contains relay

    circuitry which is used for switching purpose. Remotely the system allows the operator to effectively control the user supply via the

    mobile phone set by sending commands in the form of SMS. The main concept behind the proposed system is; to receive the control

    signal in the form of SMS sent by the operator and to activate the necessary relay as per the requirement. First, the sent SMS is stored

    and polled from the receiver mobile station and then the required control signal is generated and sent to the intermediate hardware that

    we have proposed according to the command received in form of the sent message.
