    opposition to the Controller of Patents at appropriate office on the ground and in a manner specified under

    section 25(1) of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 read with Rule 55 of the Patents (Amendment) Rules,

    2006.

    Under the new provision of the Patents Act, 1970 as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005

    and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III,

    Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published

    containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th

    months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions

    of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules there under on weekly basis on every Friday.

    The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are

    discontinued from 01/01/2009.

    SPECIAL NOTICE

    Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.

    However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken

    for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months

    Disclosed is a method and system for suggesting routes to a user, to reach a destination. The method comprises receiving ratings for

    routes used by users to reach their destinations. The ratings may be provided on a navigation application, and may depend on

    experiences of the users travelling through the routes. The routes may be partitioned into segments. Segments associated with the bad

    ratings may be identified using a mutual exclusion technique. Individual ratings may be assigned to the segments associated with the

    bad ratings and the good ratings. Routes may be suggested to the users for reaching the destination along with ratings associated with

    the routes. The ratings associated with the routes may be determined based on weightage of the individual ratings of the segments

    (57) Abstract :

    Background: - Ironis an important constituent of hemoglobin and its deficiency is the main etiological factor responsible for

    nutritional anemia. A recent survey by the state department of medical health and family revealed that 1.84 lakhs peoples are anemic

    thats why researcher interested to do the work. The best strategy to correct the nutritional deficiencies is the food based approach

    where nutrient rich food supplements are formulatedfivith nutrient rich.familiar. foods. Introduction: - The present invention was

    undertaken to assess the nutritional composition of spirulina powder, development of spirulina based products their nutritional

    composition and shelf life. Spirulina is a natural algae powder that is incredibly high in protein and a good source of antioxidants, B-

    vitamins and other useful nutrients. Method: -.spirulina fortified cookies were prepared by mixing spirulina powder along with other

    ingredients by the researcher. After analysis, it was found that biscuits fortified with spirulina were significantly high in various

    nutrients. The products was assessing for their nutritional content. Intervention was also performed mean hemoglobin of subjects was

    appeared to be 7.7 gm/dl. Clinical investigation observed that 100 % subjects were suffering from anemia,-out of which 45% of

    subjects were showing the signs of iron deficiency anemia like pale conjunctiva (48%) and pale nails (34%). The fortified cookies

    were assessed in a food laboratory. Result: - After analysis, it was found that the spirulina fortified product contains 2.55 percent

    moisture, 6.25 percent proteins, 20.43 percent fat, 1.18 percent crude fibre, 4.07 percent ash, 288.98 percent calcium, 115.92 percent

    phosphorus and 3.94 percent iron whereas control samples contained 2.77 percent moisture, 4.49 percent proteins, 17.59 percent fat,

    0.68 percent crude fibre, 3.08 percent ash, 214.15 percent calcium, 54.34 percent phosphorus, 1.87 percent iron respectively.

    Conclusion: - The products have satisfactory quality at the end of three months of storage period. Tnterveritibn program brought out

    the significant (P < 0.05) increment in hemoglobin level as 1.66 gm/dl in experimental group and not significant increment noted for

    control group. Hence the intervention was significantly effective for correcting iron deficiency anemia. Thus, spinilina based products

    may be beneficial for vulnerable population due to its high nutritive value. These would also be advantageous for those who are

    suffering from degenerative diseases because of its therapeutic properties. Figures:- (Showing Development of Spirulina Fortified

    A rotating exercise equipment is disclosed, that is easily usable at any place which also has other utilities along with utilization for

    physical exercise. It is designed by alternating the use of traditional practices and techniques that were used to carry out the day to day

    task. The exercise equipment comprises of two circular plates that are placed coinciding/overlapping each other in one plane wherein

    the upper plate is movable in rotational motion in the same plane and the lower plate also in the same plane is fixed to the stand. The

    stand has four legs and the square frame that mounts the two circular plates. In an alternative embodiment, the stand can be of

    different shape or material. The two plates are connected by the shaft with upper plate consisting of the handle at the periphery which

    is used to rotate the upper plate manually. The exercise equipment has different utilities wherein it can be used as the table in house or

    in work place.

    We demonstrate a next-generation backpack which generates energy from the external sound vibrations. This backpack has the

    capability to capture the sound energy from different sources like, from noise, voices and etc. A microphone is used to capture these

    noises which converts them to electrical signals, (around 0.1 - 0.6 Volts). Further, these signals are then fed to a transistor which

    converts it to alternating current (AC). Later, this AC is passed through a transformer which steps up the voltage with its ratio (N1/N2

    1000). This generated voltage which is around (600-900) Volts can be used for different purposes.

    worlds eighth-largest employer, it had I 308 milhon employees as of March 2017.lt is the biggest public sector enterprise in India and

    connects the entire country. IR runs more than 13,000 passenger trains daily, on both long-distance and suburban routes from 7,349

    stations across India. It is unfortunate that such a huge establishment does not have a specific policy in conserving the environment.

    One of the biggest worries is the amount of solid waste (mainly paper and plastic) generated each day by train passengers across the

    country. As of now, there is no comprehensive system to collect and manage this enormous amount of waste. We are proposing a

    simple way to collect the sol.d waste from the moving train without any complex modifications in the bogies which can even separate

    Moving on a flight of stairs is a herculean task for a physically challenged person, without a need of the assistance. Rather, disabled

    people prefer elevators for their easiness demanding more elevators at various places. A novel methodology to circumvent this

    problem is to tap the potential of magnetic levitation to the wheelchairs. However, there is a need of mag-rails which could make the

    transit possible without any difficulty and also eliminates the need of a bystander.We have proposed a unique wheel chair embedded

    with a magnetic levitation technology,which can be used for the transit from one floor to the other. We also have developed a simple

    mag-rails layed on the floor, to counter the magnetic action from the wheel chair. Our idea could reduce the elevator traffic drastically

    during the peak hours and also helps the disabled people in their transit to various levels easily.

    Access panel/cover is installed on the wing of Do-228 aircraft. The sealing profile with high tolerance is required to create the leak

    proof joints of access panel. During the overhauling/servicing some fuel leakage/seepage were reported from location of access panel.

    Development of sealing profile was taken up and fuel resistance material was selected for the part fabrication. For

    manufacturing/development and- supply of Sealing Profile, one vendor was I selected who has the Type.Approved material from

    CEMILAC for manufacturing rubber parts. Samples were installed on the one wing fuel tank of Do228 aircraft as per Qualification

    Test Schedule (QTS). Fitment check and Functional check of Sealing Profile were carried out on the test rig and there was no seepage

    or leakage found . Performance of Sealing Profile on all the parameters as per QTS was found satisfactory. This Sealing Profile can be

    directly used for the installation of similar joints on any airworthy system.

    Double stretcher, 8008EXP175- Bottom stretcher, 8009EXP175 - Top stretcher and the required sub-assemblies drawings & detail

    parts drawings was developed. ST for each sub-assembly and final assembly were prepared consisting of material details of all the

    parts All detail parts & sub-assemblies were manufactured with requisite materials in-house at M/s HAL-TAD, Kanpur and thereafter

    prototype Double stretcher assembly was manufactured. The Double stretcher assembly was tested as per Test schedule no.

    TS/HS748-1 06 approved by RCMA Kanpur, found satisfactory in all respects Stress analysis carried out on UG model of double

    stretcher assembly & its mounting assembly as per the test schedule requirements. Then, Assembly was approved by RCMA Kanpur

    for use on HAL manufactured Dornier Do-228 aircraft.

    proposed a mobile frameworkthrough which a user can vote using his/her mobile from any location. This E-voting technology is

    secured and fast as compare to the traditional technologies that are currently existing in market. In this paper we have discussed

    various security issues of EVM or Ballot paper voting with respect to security, accuracy and precision of results. The security issues

    are seen in terms of possible attacks, system vulnerabilities and privacy concerns. We have also highlighted how the voting system can

    be tailored to provide a more secure mobile voting environment. We have considered the futuristic architectural framework forE-

    voting in our. discussion. The basic concepts and features of the E-voting technology are explained here. We have also analyzed five

    pillars of strength for the E-voting security which would work in collaboration with each other to provide a secure mobile Voting

    environment to the user.
