Amacan P Alle Motoren der Tauchmotorpumpen Amacan P sind Drehstrommotoren mit Kurzschlussläufer. Typbezeichnung 120 6 UT G Motorgröße Polzahl Motorversion UT/UA = Standardausführung XT/XA = explosionsgeschützt (Ex d II B T3) Werkstoff G (gilt auch für G1,G3) Spannung und Frequenz Standardbemessungsspannung 400 V – 50 Hz 500 V – 50 Hz 690 V – 50 Hz Andere Bemessungsspannungen sind auf Anfrage liefer-bar. Maximale Toleranzen für Schwankungen des Netzes entsprechen dem Bereich A nach IEC 60 034-1: Netzspannung ± 5 %, Netzfrequenz ± 2 % (Netzspannung auch ± 10% für Motorversion UT und UA) Einschaltart Motorversion UT und XT: direkt oder Stern-Dreieck (außer bei Spannung 690V) Motorversion UA und XA: direkt Schalthäufigkeit Für alle Motorleistungen: max. 10 Schaltungen/h Maximal 5000 Schaltungen pro Jahr Anschlussleitung Standard: Gummischlauchleitung Geschirmte Anschlussleitung ist optional lieferbar. Temperaturen Die Motoren Amacan P sind für Dauerbetrieb S1 bei angegebenen maximalen Fördermitteltemperaturen ausgelegt. Das Isoliersystem entspricht der Wärmeklasse H. Die Anschlußleitungen sind für die angegebenen maximalen Fördermitteltemperaturen dimensioniert. Frequenzumrichterbetrieb Die Motoren Amacan P sind entsprechend IEC 60034-17 für den Anschluss an einen Frequenzumrichter geeignet. Die in den Tabellen angegebene Motorleistung P2 sollte dabei nur zu 95% ausgenutzt werden. Der Frequenzum-richterbetrieb des Motors ist möglich im Frequenzbereich von 25 bis 50 Hz. Die Strombegrenzung des Frequenz-umrichters darf höchstens auf den 1,2-fachen Nennstrom eingestellt werden. Hinweise zur Elektroinstallation finden Sie in der zugehörigen Betriebsanleitung der Tauchmotor-pumpe.

Maximum allowances for mains fluctuations are according to range A of IEC 60 034-1: supply voltage ± 5 %, supply frequency ± 2 % (supply voltage also ± 10% for versions UT and UA) Starting mode Motor version UT and XT: direct or star-delta (Except for voltage 690V) Motor version UA and XA: direct Switching frequency For all motors: max. 10/hr 5,000 switching operations per year at maximum. Cable Standard: Rubber Cable Screened cable are optionally available. Mode of temperatures Amacan P motors are designed for continuous operation S1 with a maximum fluid temperature stated. Insulation system corresponds to insulation class H. Connecting cables are rated for a maximum fluid temperature stated. Operation with variable frequency drive (VFD) The Amacan P motors are suitable for frequency inverter operation as per IEC 60034-17. For motor operation with frequency inverter, the motor power rating P2 should only be utilized up to 95%. Frequency inverter operation of the motor is possible in the frequency range from 25 to 50Hz. The current limiter of the frequency inverter must be set to max. 1.2 times the rated motor current. Instructions for electrical installation are to be taken from the operating manual of this submersible pump.

Le dispositif de délimitation du courant du variateur doit être réglé à une valeur inférieure ou égale à 1,2 fois l’intensité nominale du moteur. Les instructions relatives à l'installation électrique se trouvent dans la notice de service de la pompe submersible.

La potencia del motor P2 que se indica deberá de apro-vecharse solamente en un 95%. El funcionamiento con transformación de frecuencia es posible dentro de la zona de frecuencias de 25 a 50 Hz. La limitación del convertidor de frecuencia debe de ajustarse a un máximo de 1,2 veces la corriente nominal. Véanse las indicaciones para la instalación eléctrica en el manual de instrucciones de la motobomba sumergible correspondiente.
