Enfant, elle démontre très tôt des aptitudes en dessin et en musique. À 19 ans, elle com- pléta un DEC en arts visuels au Cégep de Chicoutimi. Ensuite, elle quitta le Saguenay pour se rendre à Sherbrooke où elle compléta une première année en enseignement à l’université. L’année suivante, elle fit un Cer- tificat en Arts, ce qui lui fit sentir plus intensément que jamais, sa nature d’artiste. Elle fera ensuite son BAC en Design Gra- phique à l’Université Laval de Québec. Ses études prendront fin en décembre 1995. Elle arriva à Montréal en 1999 afin de travailler dans la com- pagnie de jeux vidéo Ubi-Soft jusqu’en 2002. Suite à son dé- part d’Ubi-Soft, elle reprit sa production. Elle expose à plu- sieurs reprises à Montréal dans des restaurants et des galeries. En 2004, elle entra comme artiste permanent à la Galerie Saint-Dizier dans le Vieux-Mon- tréal. Elle se lança par la suite dans l’aventure d’une nouvelle galerie d’art dans le Mile-End de 2006 à 2007. Elle est en production depuis, malgré une courte formation de 6 mois en finition de meubles en 2007. Isabelle Tremblay was born No- vember 4, 1970 in Chicoutimi. She would then make a Bachelor degree in Graphic De- sign at Laval University in Que- bec. Her studies will be completed in December 1995. She arrived in Montreal in 1999 to work in the video game com- pany, Ubi-Soft until 2002. Fol- lowing her departure from Ubi- Soft, she resumed production of her passion, drawing and painting. She exhibited seve- ral times in Montreal restaurants and galleries. In 2004, she became a permanent artist at Gallery Saint-Dizier in Old Mon- treal. She then embarked on the adventure of a new art gallery in Mile End from 2006 to 2007.
