• No observed toxicity

• No recurrence at the vicinity of the tumor

Tolerance study of blank and PTX LNCS in Beagle dogs

(Safety/Toxicity CRO) - 2 dogs were treated with PTX LNCs (7.5 mg PTX/kg)

- 1 dog was treated with the equivalent dose of empty LNCs

- No pre-treatment

During treatment, the following parameters were monitored :

- ECG

- Blood pressure

- Breathing

- Temperature

Conclusion : treatments were well-tolerated by the dogs
