Work X Lack of experience is frequently identifi ed by young people and employers as a barrier between fi nding work or hiring a new member of staff.

Work X is a fl exible scheme offering young people work experience for up to four weeks to increase their employability.

For an employer this provides a valuable insight into a young person and their ability to fi t into their business or organisation.

For those that would like to support a young person further into work there is fi nancial assistance available to facilitate this.
