Boss Admin – Boss features
Boss can see his line state, key lights up when Admin talks on his behalf.
If the Delegate puts a call on hold, the key blinks. The call can be picked up.
On Button Press, the Boss can see active calls on his behalf.
If a call is held, the Boss has the option to pick up this call.

In idle the boss has quick access to his delegates.
Delegates are ordered by presence state (Available Delegate is on top.) Second button press initiates a call to highlighted delegate.
The contact card offers additional call options, such as cellphone of Other numbers or direct Voicemail calls (depending on published information).
Pressing the “i” button on a highlighted delegate leads to the delegates contact card.
