    III. Principle of Heat Pump

    Heat pump system schematic diagram:

    Operating Principle

Air heat energy is a new generation hot water equipment, it successfully applies reverse

Carnot principle by using electric energy to drive heat pump to make refrigerant constantly

accomplish the thermodynamic cycle process of evaporation (absorption of the heat energy in

air)-compression-condensation - throttling- evaporation through the components in heat

pump equipment-evaporator, heat pump, condenser and expansion valve to transfer the heat

energy in environment into water and large amounts of free heat energy in air into domestic

    water.

The surface of concrete base should be solid and smooth, load-bearing of support surface

should be 2 times of the operation weight of the unit.

When make concrete base, suggested the following treatment: place on the twisted steel

which the diameter 9.5 mm, tie up with 10cm spacing and display upper and lower.

When do concrete base on the concrete floor, the surface must be kept rough before

construction, after cleaning up and supply enough water before constructing.

The base station mixed by concrete with ratio of 1:2:4, to be solid, and buried the

prescriptive size and quantity anchor bolt according the demand. The finished base should be

    kept smoothly.

    VI. Debugging and Running

    1. The preparatory work before the trial operation

1.1 Heat pump hot water units inspection

Check whether the appearance of units or the machine pipeline system is damaged during

    transportation.

Check whether there is air inside the unit water, if any, should emitting it using the exhaust

valve in the units or on the pump.

Check whether the fan blades interfere to the its fixed plate or its protecting network.

    1.2Checking Distribution System

    1.3Checking piping system

Checking whether the piping system, filling pipes, backwater pipes pressure gauge,

thermograph, valves, level switches and other equipment is installed correctly.

Checking whether the valves needed opening are open, and those needed closed close.

Checking whether piping system keeps warm.

    2. Testing running

Units operation must be professional to operate.

Conduct an overall testing running, until a comprehensive inspection in entire system

    meeting the requirements,

Connecting with the power and starting the heat pump, the main machine starts after 3

minutes later. For the three-phase power supply units, checking whether the fan and the

    pump install correctly.

Checking whether the unit meets the requirements, if does ,it can be put into normal use

after running for a time (usually 3 days) after having been put into normal use.

    3. Normal performance

Heating running processes: power-on----unit water pump running---- water switch

testing----fan running----compressor running while the low level switch disconnects,

    replenishment solenoid valve turns on.

    Running control

    Water level controlling

With the low water level switch disconnecting, the supply water solenoid is open and

complements water, and the pump supplying water stops at the same time; Only with the

high water level connecting, the pump supplying is open and after 2 minutes, the solenoid for

complementing water closes.(replenishment open or not for 2 minutes at least).

The water pump does not supply water, if the high water level disconnect and the water

temperature in the tank is lower than set temperature (-5)it supplies water , when high

water level connects after the replenishment valve close 2 minutes and the tank water

temperature is higher than set temperature(-2). When the supply pump stops, whatever

conditions the host is in, the tank must be filled of water. (Replenishment open or not for 2

    minutes at least).

Circulating pumps, compressors, and fans start to run unless the low water level switch

connects, when the power is on for the first time.

With unit running, the circulating pump is open ; While host stopping, it stops running after

    30 seconds later.

When water supply pump turns on, backwater solenoid works simultaneouslyand inspect

the backwater temperature 10 minutes later. When the backwater temperature is higher than

the set temperature of 5, the backwater solenoid will stop. When it is lower than set the

temperature of 10, the backwater valve is open to keep hot water for a long time in the

supply water pipe. When water supply pump turns off, backwater solenoid stops working at

    the same time.

The 4-ways valve is at the state of power-off while running normally, power-on for working

    unless defrosting.

    VII. Maintenance

The heat pump is a more automatic equipment needing inspection regularly. If the

maintenance is long-term and effective, the operation reliability and the service life

    will have an unexpected increase.

    1. Clearing the water filter regularly to ensure the pure water and avoiding the damage

    caused by its blocking.

    2. No adjusting any security protection setting on your own, for that has completed before

    leaving the factory.

    3. Always checking whether the power unit and electrical system wiring is solid, and there are

abnormal movements between electrical components. If does, timely maintenance and

    replacement.

    4. Always checking whether the water supply o f water, the tank valve, liquid level controllers

and exhaust device are working properly, so as to avoid causing air into the system reduced

the water cycle to affecting the heat capacity of units and the reliability of its running.

    5. Checking whether the water pump or water valve working properly, water pipeline or pipe

    fittings leaking more often.
