A young man struggles to find his way home after waking up

in a foreign country with no memory of what happened the

night before, hoping trains, stealing water, and confronting

his own ego that brought him to this situation.

accounts, she is lo)ely. n front of her on the table is

A((E looks at %&E' and smiles, laughing. %&E' starts

coughing, steadily getting more intense. e falls out of his

chair. e looks at the other people in the bar who don/t

seem to notice. e looks at A((E who is now staring at himwith a blank face.

-lose up on %&E'/ face as he coughs up flem into the bed

sheet. !)erhead shot of the bedroom showing %&E' laying on

a bed in the middle of the room fully clothed. The ground

surrounding the bed has pillows and blankets scattered

around. %&E' pushes himself up against the bed post and

looks around. is left hand has a huge gash across the back

of it that has mostly scabbed o)er. is right forearm isalso 2uite bloody.

%&E' is running across the cobble stone looking at his

feet. e stumbles and slams into the ground with his hands

out to protect him.

hostel bursts open and two police officers come running out,

their breath. They hear a siren behind them and slip into a

clothing shop. R&E# points to the road across from the

store and checks his watch.

police car passes as he gets on and the doors close.

ahead of him. %&E' stands up, grabs his back pack and walks

in the opposite direction. e takes a left and follows the

stairs up to the second floor of the train where he begin to

briskly walk back in the direction where he came. e goes

down the stairs and reaches the bathroom.
