Ann Fr Anesth Reanim. 2006;25(9):947-54.
Méta-analyse sur 4 études!!!....défavorable

Revue sur 10 études contrôlées.
Wound infiltration with local anaesthetics may have a modest analgesic effect in the first few hours after surgery.
Quelles techniques d’infiltrations?(exclus Pecs 1,2 et serratus plane block)
techniques destinées à l’analgésie
post-opératoire

Infiltration des berges (pré et/ou postopératoire)
120 patients mastectomie

Ropivacaine wound infiltration significantly decreased immediate postoperative pain for the first 90 min, but did not decrease chronic pain at 3 months (primary endpoint), or at 6 and 12 months postoperatively
Infiltration unique vs PVB continu
10 ml bupi 0,25%

Field block (A. infiltrative)
Deep subcutaneous infiltration with ropivacaine 0.5% alongside the caudal border of the clavicle (supraclavicular nerves), alongside the ipsilateral parasternal line (anterior cutaneous branches of the first to sixth intercostal nerves), and along a line 1 cm posterior and parallel to the anterior axillary line extending under the fold of the pectoralis major muscle high in the axilla (lateral cutaneous branches of the second to seventh intercostal nerves),The total volume of ropivacaine varied between 32 and 60 mLVAS-score at the PACU 0 vs 3,5 ; rescue opioid 24h 20% vs 50%

ANESTHESIE LOCALE TUMESCENTE (ALT)
