CONCLUSIONIn this 2-year prospective, randomized study, the reduction of at least 50 % of CNI dose combined to MMF, allowed to significantly improve the renal function of
liver transplant recipients, without any biological rejection episode and without significant secondary effects. However, improvement was achieved since month
12, and there was no supplementary improvement between month12 and month24.
56 patients were included and we present the definitive results of 51 patients
