Des mesures : - Anthropométriques : Poids, taille, tour de taille, tour de hanche, plis
cutanés, circonférences…
- Pression artérielle : PAS, PAD
- Spirométrie : prévalence du trouble ventilatoire obstructif
• Des prélèvements : - Sang : dosages nutritionnels (caroténoïdes, vitamines A, D, E, folates, ferritine,
transferrine, hémoglobine glyquée ) , environnementaux (PCB, Plomb,
Insecticides organochlorés , pesticides…) et autres (risques infectieux…)
- Urine : dosages nutritionnels (sodium, iode), environnementaux
