DESCRIPTION Les refroidisseurs d'eau RFI sont conformes aux normes CE. Ces appareils disposent en standard : Circuit frigorifique :

• Compresseur hermétique à piston (30/45) ou rotatif (80 à 160)

• Evaporateur à plaques spiralées résistant à la prise en glace

• Condenseur à air en tubes cuivre et ailettes aluminium ventilé par ventilateur hélicoïdal à forte efficacité

• Détendeur automatique (30-45) ou thermostatique (80 à 160) réglé en usine

• Pressostats haute et basse pression (RFI 80 à RFI 160) Hydraulique :

• Cuve polyéthylène isolée (30/45/80/100/120) avec couvercle pour nettoyage facile ou cuve inox (160)

• Contrôleur de débit à partir du RFI 120

• Voyant de niveau visuel

• Vanne de vidange accessible par l'extérieur

• Connexion hydrauliques femelles 1"

• Pompe de circulation multicellulaire

• Manomètre en face avant pour lecture directe de la pression délivrée par la pompe

Electricité – Régulation :

• Sectionneur général

• Thermostat électronique à affichage digital

• Connexion marche/arret à distance

• Carrosserie reliée à la terre Chassis – Carrosserie :

DESCRIPTION Water chillers RFI are compliant with CE standards. Standard design is based on : Refrigeration circuit :

• Hermetic (30/45) or rotative(80 à 160) compressor

• Special reinforced to freeze exchanger, stainless steel

• Copper tube and aluminium fins condenser ventilated by high efficiency propeller fan

• Automatic(30-45) or thermostatic (80 to 160) expansion valve set in factory

• High and low pressure switch (from RFI 80 to RFI160) Hydraulic :

• Polyethylene tank (30/45/80/100/120) with removable cover for easy cleaning or stainless steel tank (160)

• Flow switch on RFI 120 and above

• Visual water level indicator

• Drain valve outside accessibility

• Female hydraulic connexions 1"

• Integrated circulation pump multicellular type

• Manometer on front side for direct operating pressure reading Electricity – Régulation :

• Main switch

• Electronic thermostat with digital display

• Remote ON/OFF connexion

• Ground connected structure Structure – Frame :

• Galvanized painted enclosure RAL 7032 and polyester cover(30-45)

Handling and accessibility

• Easy internal access by 6 screws for maintenance
