Brief description of the project:

Within the framework of the extension of HassiMessaoud‘s collection systems, EPPM will make the EPCof twenty five Manifolds taken up on skid.The Manifolds insure two functions:- collect the production of several individual wells andforward this one through Manifolds to a collect driving.- Forward the production, in passing through a test line,between the selected well and the well’s test separator.The duplicate books of fields will be situated in a placeneighbouring to the producing wells.The conception of the test manifolds will be based on theset use of spherical gates.These gates allow the abnormality of the production of oneof the wells towards the test well unit.A lot supply will be treated to part; it is a question ofsupplying a material fixed by the SONATRACH which isnecessary for 75 departures.

Dans le cadre de l’extension des systèmes de collecte de HassiMessaoud, EPPM effectuera l’étude, fourniture et réalisation de vingt cinq manifolds montés sur skid.Les manifolds des champs assurent deux fonctions :- Collecter la production de plusieurs puits individuels etacheminer celle-ci à travers un manifold de production versune conduite de collecte, une station de collecte.- Acheminer la production, en passant à travers une ligne de test, entre le puit sélectionné et le séparateur test de puit.Les manifolds de champs seront situés à un emplacementadjacent aux puits producteurs.La conception des manifolds de test sera basée surl’utilisation d’un jeu de vannes à boisseaux sphériques.Ces vannes permettent la déviation de la production de l’un des puits vers l’unité de test puits.Un lot fourniture sera traité à part, il s’agit de fournir unmatériel prédéfini par la SONATRACH qui lui est nécessairepour 75 départs.
