Arrondir les nombres décimaux

Objective

Round-off decimal numbers

Règle:

1. Écrire le nombre à arrondir

2. Souligner le chiffre dont la valeur de position est à arrondir

3. Regarde le chiffre à sa droite: 5+ … ajoute 1 au chiffre

souligné. 4- … laisse le chiffre

souligné.

4. Ensuite enlève tous les chiffres à droite du chiffre souligné.

0,196 (au dixième près)=

4,609 (au centième près) =

0,012345 (au centième près) =

2. Underline the place value you are asked to round to.

3. Look 1 place to the right:a) If the digit is 5+… add 1

to the underlined digit.b) If the digit is 4-… leave

the underlined digit as is.4. Then remove all digits to

the right of the underlined digit.
