Suggestion and Proposal The building I suggest consists of ground and first floor. The first

floor consist of badminton court and the second floor consist of futsal

field. This is because there are no recreational spots around that area.

There are many residential houses and a primary school around my

site so it will be convenient for them to work out or to spend their time

at there. The building will be surrounded by road so that people can

park their vehicles. I also decided to build a huge building that consist

of badminton courts around the car park with several trees so that

they can block the strong sunlight to provide shade to park their

vehicles during daytime. The primary school can also organise

badminton and futsal competitions there. This can promote a healthy

life style to the surrounding residents.

Benefits The land is totally flattened and it is easily for development

and construction.

There have a lot of plants around the land so the air will be

less humid.

The primary school can also organise badminton and futsal

competitions there.

It will be a good place for people to relax and release stress.

Impacts After all activities, a lot of trash and leftover are

usually left unattended making the place messy

and dirty.

Sound pollution, the surrounding residents will

be affected by noises.

Safety of the area may be decreased as robbery

always happens nowadays, especially

recreational area.

Student may play truant in the recreational

area.

Rationale People have a suitable place to build up

their bodies and exercise.

Release stress and gather with friends.

Get a healthy body and reduce chance of

getting disease.
