10.4 Towing and chocks :Handling agents and operators must ensurethat aircraft are correctly parked and that air-craft chocks are in place.

All aircraft operators and handling agentsmust ensure, H24 and within maximum onehour, that push back equipment and person-nel, as well as authorised cockpit brake oper-ator, are available for their aircraft. Due tooperational reasons, Airport Authorities mayask for an aircraft repositioning. Towing costswill be charged to the operator.
