La cartouche BWT PROPYL possède un gradient de densité et une trèshaute porosité. Elle offre ainsi des débits admissibles importants encorrélation avec une faible perte de charge et une excellente capacitéde rétention.

Elle est fabriquée à partir de microfibres en polypropylène thermo-soudées en continu sur l’âme centrale, ce qui minimise les possibilités derelargage de fibres et de particules quel que soit la plage de débit.

Fabriquée uniquement à partir de polymère pur et ne contenant aucunadditif, la cartouche BWT PROPYL est compatible avec une large gammede process chimiques. Les matériaux entrant dans sa composition sontégalement conformes aux exigences de contact alimentaire tel quedétaillé dans la Norme Européenne (EC) Numéro 1935/2004, maisaussi la FDA (Food and Drug Administration - US FDA Title 21et USPClass VI).

The BWT PROPYL P cartridge responds to a specific industrial process requirement for high-quality, efficient filtration with absolute rating (food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, medical, fine chemicals, electronics, etc.) and offers excellent build quality.

The pleated structure with graded density ensures a large filtration area for low pressure losses. Furthermore, the rigid cage improves the cartridge’s durability and therefore its lifespan.

The BWT PROPYL P cartridge is made from pure polypropylene only, with no additives (binders or resins), making it chemically compatible with a wide range of processes. BWT PROPYL HFP is a large diameter cartridge with moulded end caps and a rigid outer support cage, specially adapted for industrial applications with high flows, requiring excellent filtration quality but also low pressure loss.

The cartridge is manufactured from thermally-bonded poly-propylene for maximum integrity, and includes a solid inner core, resulting in a better resistance to counter-pressure. Designed with an optimised pleating technology, the BWT PROPYL HFP is an ideal solution for high flows with a large retention capacity.
