Maruti Udyog Limited, Gurgaon (June 2006-July 2006) 

• 

Studied the Transmission Case Line, Engine Line and the whole Car Assembly Line of Maruti Alto.•  Analyzed the targets (Safety, Quality, Productivity & Cost) monitored by the Machine Engg. Department. 

•  Estimated the differences between SPM’s and Machining Center on the basis of Cost, Flexibility, BatchProduction & Repeatability. Ref. Pratyush Ranjan, Dept.Engineer, MUL Gurgaon 

•  Designed a device “Switch to appliance identifier” to identify a switch corresponding to a particular appliance in a room containing thousands of switches. It was shown on Star TV because it is of daily use and very cheap also. Ref. Dr. PVM Rao, IIT Delhi 

•  Volunteered to work as a team member, designing a multi-terrain vehicle which had four wheel independentsuspension and took part in MINI BAJA competition held at South Africa , under SAE 2004-2005.

Director Choreography Team, Rendezvous 2006•  Managing a team of 20 members to compete at all India level.•  Directing the dance and motivating the juniors and fellows as a senior member of the team.

Activity Head, Rendezvous 2006•  Coordinating the biggest inter-college festival of north India as an activity head. 

Member, Publicity Team, Rendezvous 2004•  Participated in the publicity team of the institute for Rendezvous 2004 and were successful to bring

sponsorship of more than 25 lakhs & to invite more than 40 colleges for the festival.

Represented the institute in Choreography at national level at IITD’s cultural festival (Rendezvous 05) & IITK’Cultural festival (Antaragini 05) and got 1st prize at both the places. 

•  Participated in the musical play (2005) & the insti-dance (2006) at the institute level. •  Represented the hostel in the duo dance (2005) & the group dance (2005 & 2006) and got 2nd & 1st respectively.

•  Played volleyball for the hostel & was successful to bring General Championship 2004 for the hostel.

•  Major interests are in the field of ROBOTICS. 

•  Ranked 667 in the Joint Entrance Examination conducted by the IIT in the year 2004.

•  Secured 100% marks in Mathematics in CBSE. Received merit certificate (given to 0.1% of the studentsappearing).

•  Ranked 23 (All Rajasthan Rank) in Secondary Examination conducted by the Rajasthan Board.
