At the request of Laboratory XXX , we have the honour and the pleasure of inviting you for a stay a tour university as an academic visitor / a visiting professor from début to fin.

During your stay you will work together with ProfessorXXX.

In order to cover your total local expenses of accomodation and meals allowances, as well as to participate towards your travel expenses, you will receive a monthly indemnity of CHF XXX, from which Swiss social charges and legal taxes will be deducted. We would like to draw your attention to the enclosed note concerning social insurance in Switzerland.

If because of your nationality you require a visa to enter Switzerland (non-european nationals), then you must apply for a visa (visa de type D pour un séjour de plus de 3 mois ou visa de type C pour un séjour de moins de 90

jours) at the Swiss embassy or consulate closest to your place of residence. We would be grateful if you would then send a copy of your visa to the inviting professor (left signatory below).
