It was a long way to Doctor … It took many nights to collect all those digital artifacts from software repositories. Of course, the storage should be scalable and reliable. (Quite obviously, Kate is now with Google.) Apparently, Kate needed tools like a ruler that was thoroughly handmade by @reallynotabba. It was a lot of fun and stress, since the “future work” is an essential part of a live of a researcher, and there is always something for tomorrow. However, she took R (who uses pencils these days?) and transformed the data she collected into 246 pages of a thesis with many nice plots. (I mean, they are *really* nice — every hacker would confirm.)
