COMPOSITION®larson est un produit pour la finition des façades architecturales, constitué de deux lames d´aluminium alliage 5005, unies par un noyau de résines

thermoplastiques-polyéthylène (PE) ou par un noyau minéral (FR). Le procédé de fabrication de dernière génération, permet une adhérence extraordinaire des lames d´aluminium, augmentant les paramètres recommandés et offrant d´exceptionnelles aptitudes pour la mécanisation, le pliage, le perçage ou encore le cintrage.

®La sécurité n'est pas en contradiction avec la conception. Pour cette raison, larson met à la disposition du marché une large gamme de laquages de haute ®qualité, avec des peintures liquides PVDF ou en poudre termolac .

MATERIALAUFBAU®larson wurde für die Verkleidung von Fassaden konzipiert und besteht aus zwei Aluminiumblechen der Legierung 5005, die mit einem Kern aus Polyethylen

(PE) oder einem schwer entflammbaren mineralischen Kern (FR) kaschiert werden. Der innovative Herstellungsprozess gewährleistet eine herausragende Schälhaftung der Bleche, deren Messwerte mehr als doppelt so hoch sind als die empfohlenen Richtwerte und ermöglicht eine einfache Verarbeitung.(Bohren,Biegen,Stanzen) Sicherheit und Design sind vereinbar.

®Und deshalb gibt es larson in einer Vielzahl von qualitativ hochwertigen Beschichtungen. Die Aluminiumbänder werden im Coil-coating Verfahren ®einbrennlackiert mit witterungs-und UV-beständigen PVdF-Lacken. Alternativ sind auch pulverbeschichtete termolac Oberflächen möglich.

COMPOSITION®larson aluminium composite panel is a high-tech product for architectural façade cladding. It is formed by two sheets of 5005 aluminium alloy bonded with

either a thermoplastic resin core (polyethylene PE), or a mineral filled fire resistant (FR) core. Its' advanced production process grants extraordinary bond strength, double that of the industry standard parameters for any ACM product. It can be easily machined, transformed, drilled, perforated or curved.Its strength by design does not however limit its breadth of design capabilities. For this reason, it has the widest range of coated finishes in the market from the

®highest quality in liquid PVdF 70% Kynar 500 and in powder HQP termolac .

®Höchste Planheit, geringes Gewicht und schwer entflammbar: Dank der neuen Verbundplatten larson fr können diese drei technischen Eigenschaften, ® ®verwirklicht werden. Die neuen Verbundplatten larson fr wurden in unseren Abteilungen für Forschung, Entwicklung und Innovation bei Alucoil in Miranda de

Ebro entwickelt. Sie erfüllen u.a. die Anforderungen B1 nach DIN 4102 bzw Bs1d0 nach EN 13501. Zwei Aluminiumbleche, ein mineralischer Kern, sowie das spezielle Klebeverfahren von einzigartiger Qualität garantieren eine höchstmögliche Brandhemmung und die Einhaltung einer Vielzahl von Europäischen Bauvorschriften in Bezug auf Brandschutz.

Trois caractéristiques qui sont devenues une réalité. Développés dans les départements recherche et développement d´

®®Alucoil (Miranda de Ebro), les panneaux larson fr sont adaptés aux normes les plus élevées de sécurité au feu selon le Code Technique de la construction. La

performance du noyau minéral répond aux exigences de sécurité en cas d'incendie par rapport aux bardages et recouvrements de façades dans les différents systèmes de fixation.
