『海外エネルギープロジェクトの契約実務』（渥美坂井法律事務所 ・ 外国法共同事業 海外プロジェクトチーム）の発刊記念としてセミナーを開催いたします。このセミナーでは、 同書の執筆に協力した各国の弁護士が、 自国のインフラ及びエネルギー事業の動向、外資規制、 利益移転に関する規制、 ファイナンスにおける特徴など、 日本企業が知っておくべき主要な点について説明いたします。In this Seminar, lawyers from various jurisdictions who contributed articles to the book will discuss the major issues or points which Japanese investors need to know including (i) the development or trends / situation of investment by foreign companies into the infrastructure and energy industry in their countries, (ii) legal restrictions on foreign investment or restrictions on transfer of profits and (iii) significant finance related issues which are unique to their jurisdictions.
