迦南團契 (Canaan Fellowship)

迦南團契是聖路易大學學生團契，更是一個以神為首的海外中國人的家。

聚會目的：用神的話語堅固信徒，兄弟姐妹在主內彼此交通，建造，團契，

扶持；服侍聖路易斯大學的中國學生，傳播福音，擴展神的國度。

團契主要成員為學生。常規聚會包括週五下午在聖路易斯大學的團契聚會，

包括晚餐詩歌敬拜，聖經查考（電影欣賞，專題討論），禱告分享，點心

交通；主日在教會的敬拜聚會。每週週二晚上的禱告會；另外的特別聚會:

每個月的團契活動聚會；8 月份的迎接新生聚會；農曆新年春節特別聚會。

WELCOME EVERYONE! Let come into God's presence with joyful

hearts of praise! Let us worship Him with our voices, music, prayers, and

ENVIRONMENT. Worship God with reverence and awe, and without

distraction. Do not use any electronic devices (exclusive use as worship

LIVING WATER PRAYER MEETINGS will be held every 1st & 3rd

Sundays of the month at the South House from 10:30-11:00 AM. Join us

in praying for the Church.

SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES for all ages meet every Sunday prior to

the worship service at 9:30am. Everyone is welcome and urged to participate.

BIBLE STUDY for adults meets on Sundays in the south house living room

at 9:30am. We're studying letters of the Apostle John. You will definitely

benefit as you grow in depth of understanding and in your walk with the Lord!

代禱主題 PRAYER TOPIC: 中英文崇拜

CHINESE AND ENGLISH WORSHIP

(詩篇 Psalm 96:8-9)

“要將耶和華的名所當得的榮耀歸給他，拿供物來進入他的院宇。

當以聖潔的妝飾敬拜耶和華；全地要在他面前戰抖！ Ascribe to the

Lord the glory due his name; bring an offering, and come into his courts! Worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness; tremble before him, all the earth!”

1. 感謝神回應我們的禱告，帶領新朋友參加我們的崇拜。我們為著

神的恩典與祝福獻上感恩。

Thank God for answering our prayer to provide us with new friends to join our worship with us. We thank God for His grace and blessing.

2. 祈求神幫助我們在心靈裡準備好，並準時來敬拜神。

Pray that God’s people are fully prepared in their hearts and come on time to get ready to worship God.

3. 祈求神幫助講員們清晰地傳講神的話語，常常帶著聖靈的能力。

求神大大地使用台這些信息，造就弟兄姊妹。

Pray that the preaching of God's Word will always be delivered clearly and in the power of the Holy Spirit. Pray that the sermons will be used mightily to build up the people of God.

4. 求神賜下更多同工，在崇拜的不同崗位服事。也祈求神給予帶領的

同工們智慧，安排各事奉崗位。

Pray for additional coworkers to serve in various roles for our worship services. Pray also for the team leaders that they would have wisdom to assign brothers and sisters to serve.

3. 因牧師 2015 年的薪俸預算未在會友大會上通過，蔡牧師和明牧師從

1 月 1 日開始就無法從教會領取薪俸。感謝神賜兩位牧師信心，委身於

神對他們的呼召而在教會忠心服事。願神繼續供應祂僕人們身心靈的

需要。弟兄姐妹們若有感動支持他們，請在寫給 SLCCC 的支票

“備註欄”中註明所支持之牧師的姓名，財務同工將轉交給該牧師

(請注意：根據 IRS 的規定，指定到個人的資助不能免稅)。

Because the budget for pastors' salary &compensation in 2015 was not

passed by the Members Meeting, Pastor Choi and Pastor Manning have not

been compensated by SLCCC since Jan. 1st. Give thanks to the Lord for

sustaining them in faithfully serving our church according to their calling

from God. Pray that the Lord will continue to provide for them and bless

their hearts. If brothers and sisters have a burden to support them financially,

please make your check payable to SLCCC and write the pastor’s name in

the “memo” section. Finance coworkers will transfer the money to the

designated pastor (Please note that based on the IRS law, no tax reduction

is available when your contribution is designated to a specific individual).

4. 溫馨提醒：目前教會有幾個部門沒有執事，所以若弟兄姊妹們對其中

某部門的服事有問題/建議，或有相關開支需要簽名報賬，請直接與該

部門的監督長老聯繫。A friendly reminder regarding to departments

with no current deacon: if you have any question/suggestion to the ministry

of that department or need approval to reimburse relevant expenses, please

communicate with the overseeing elder of that department.
