Los paneles estructurales en nidos de abejasal servicio de la arquitectura, del design y de la disposición interior

Al servicio de las aplicaciones cotidianas desde hace 25 años, los paneles nidos de abe-

jas en polipropileno fabricados por nidaplast, asociados a pieles rígidas, finas y mecáni-

camente resistentes, permiten realizar estructuras sandwichs de altas calidades téc-

nicas, siendo muy competitivos, con un impacto en el medio ambiente muy limitado.

Los materiales tradicionalmente utilizados en el sector de la construcción, tal como la

piedra natural (mármol, granito, gres,…) encolada sobre un panel sandwich estructural,

dan paso a soluciones innovadoras en el campo de la arquitectura. La utilización del alma

nidaplast composites en estos paneles sandwichs, permite aligerar de manera significa-

tiva las estructuras, mejorando la resistencia de la piedra natural. Así, esta combinación

se encuentra en la realización de estructuras sustentadoras y autoportantes tales como

suelos, suelos sobre plataformas, marchas de escalera,…

Aplicados verticalmente (mamparas, fachadas,…), con espesor similar a las soluciones

tradicionales, estos paneles sandwichs revestidos de piedra natural se trasladan mucho

más facilmente gracias a su gran ligereza y aseguran funciones suplementarias tales

como el amortiguamiento de las vibraciones, la resistencia a los choques y un

bienestar térmico.

Utilizado en decoración de interiores, para mobiliario tradicional o design, un alma en

The honeycombs core for structural sandwich panel is the right ecological and cost effective solution to lighten the natural stone facings. The life expectancy of the quarries is doubled: cutting and polishing a 20 mm thick stone panel enables to manufacture 2 sandwich panels made out of 5 mm thick natural stone slab and a honeycombs core.

La técnica del panel sandwich con alma nidos de abejas ofrece una solución ecológica y ecónomica para aligerar los paramentos en piedra natural. Permite doblar la duración de las canteras : cuando se talla y se pule una piedra de 20 mm de espesor, es posible realizar 2 paneles sandwichs compues-tos de una placa de piedra de 5mm y de un alma en nidos de abejas.

Nidaplast honeycombs core, extruded in polypropylene, makes easy the shaping of finished panels thanks to the thermo formability of po-lypropylene as well as the lamination in shape of the different layers of this complex panel. Reducing the thickness of a natural stone slab, this one becomes more flexible but weaker. On one hand, gluing this thin marble slice on a honeycombs core support decreases its britt-leness. On the other hand, with less risk of breaking, this finished pa-nel (nidaplast core + natural stone) is more flexible.

Productos termoplásticos, los nidos de abejas nidaplast, alma de los pa-neles sandwichs, facilitan la puesta en forma de los paneles acabados gracias a la termo formabilidad del polipropileno, así como la contra en-coladura en forma de las diferentes capas del panel. Cuando se afina una placa de piedra natural, se vuelve flexible pero más quebradiza. Encolarla al soporte nidaplast permite disminuir su fragi-lidad y así, hacer el panel acabado (nidaplast + piedra natural) defor-mable bajo tensiones.

A 3m² panel made of a 28mm thick honeycombs core and a 5mm thick marble skin, bears 50 times more deformation and stress than a 20 mm thick traditional marble slab. The marble top layer is only facing compressive stress, that is why the mechanical resistance of this marble layer is much higher. The tensile stress is then supported by the lower skin glued under the nidaplast.

Un panel de 3 m² constituído de un alma nidos de abejas de 28 mm y de una piel en mármol de 5mm soporta distorsiones y deformaciones 50 veces superiores a un panel clásico de mármol de 20 mm. El mármol situado sobre los nidos de abejas no rompe, sólo trabaja en compresión. Los esfuerzos de tracción son soportados por la piel inferior encolada bajo el nidaplast.
