Die Crimphülsen sindfür flexible Leiter (Klasse 5 und 6) dergenannten Querschnittsbereiche ausge-legt. Der Einsatz mehrdrähtiger Leiter(Klasse 2) ist möglich. Verzinnte Leitersind vorteilhaft.

AnschlussleitungZur Sicherstellung einer ausreichendenDichtheit des Leitungsausgangs derPV-Steckverbinder sind Anschlussleitun-gen in den, den Isolationsgehäusen zu-gewiesenen Durchmesserbereichen ein-zusetzen.

VerlegebedingungenEin scharfkantiges Abbiegen der An-schlussleitung am Ausgang der PV-Steck-verbinder ist beim Verlegen der PV-Lei-tungen zu vermeiden. Wir empfehlen dieMindestbiegeradien der Anschlussleitungeinzuhalten.

Connecting cablesTo ensure that the cable outlets of thePV plug connectors are sufficiently wa-tertight, connecting cables of the speci-fied diameter ranges for the insulatingcasings must be used.

Laying conditionsWhen laying the PV leads, avoid havingthe connecting cable resting on a sharpedge at the exit from the PV connector.We recommend observing the mini-mum bending radius of the connectingcables.

Plugging cyclesThe maximum life of the PV connectorsis 100 plugging cycles.

Max. system voltageis the maximum voltage for which thecomponents of the PV plug connectorsystem may be used and are rated inaccordance with IEC 60664-1.

Contact resistanceis the resistance at the point of contactbetween two contact surfaces.

Unplugging under loadPV plug connections must not be un-plugged while under load. Plugging andunplugging while under tension is per-mitted.
