Review proceedings of Ordinary Board meeting held on 02.11.2017 were reviewed and progress found satisfactory.

I. CONSTRUCTION OF COMMUNITY HALL:

Reference Cantonment Board Circulation Agenda NO. 02 dated 27.12.2017 for Construction of Community Hall in Civil area of Paltan Bazar, Ajmer Cantt. through deposit work with C.P.W.D., Ajmer.

RESOL TUION 1 : Noted and approved. Board resolved that the construction of community hall in civil area of Paltan Bazar, Ajmer Cantt. be carried out through deposit work with C.P.W.D. Ajmer. Proposal in this regard be sent to competent authority for approval.

2. REPAIR & MAINTENACE MAINTENANCE OF ROAD SIDE C.C. FOOTPATH FROM ENTRANCE OF PALTAN BAZAR TO ENDOF PUMP HOUSE,CANTT.BOARD OFFICE BOUNDARY (500 MTRS).:

Through this office letter No. III/15/CAC/20 17-181157 dated 04.09.2017,III/15/CAC/2017-18/205, dated 11.10.2017, No. III/15/CAC/2017-18/242 dated 22.11.2017 and No. III/15/CAC/2017-18/278 dated 10.01.2018 tenders were invited for the works of Terms Contract for the year 2017-2018 for

Repair & Maintenance of Cantonment Fund Properties, drains, roads, etc. No bid has been successful so far for Term Contract for the year 2017-18.

2. Road side C.C. foot path at several locations is completely damaged and in other places it is partially damaged and causing inconvenience in movement to general public. The matter has also been brought to the notice of Board by elected members.

3. All relevant documents are placed on the table to decide further action in the matter.

RESOLUTION 2 : Considered and resolved by the Board that given the fact that no bid has been successful so far for the term contract for the year 2017-18 despite tendering for 4 times and given that the road side C.C. foot path at several locations is completely damaged and is in partially damaged condition at several locations which is resulting in inconvenience to movement of general public specially during night time. Therefore in public interest aforesaid repair and maintenance work be carried out departmentally.

Board further resolved that the initial 175 mtrs. (App.) be repaired with inter locking blocks since same is excessively damaged and in remaining portion patch work of C.C. footpath be carried.

Board, further resolved that to carry out above repair & maintenance work C.E.O. is authorised to purchase material i.e. cement, bajri, inter locking blocks, concrete, hiring of machinery (J.C.B., Road Rollar, vibrater, tractor trolly etc.) required on competative market rates by following due procedure. Further to carry out aforesaid work, it is essential to engage manpower of 10 Mason and 18 beldars on minimum wages. Payment for material and manpower will be booked under Budget Head D(2) under which provision exists for 2017-18 (Revised).

3. SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF 70 KWp ROOF TOP SOLAR POWER PLANT AT AJMER CANTONMENT BOARD.

Reference Cantonment Board Circulation Agenda NO. 01 dated 09.02.2018 for Supply, fnstallation and commissioning of 70 KWp roof top solar power plant at Ajmer Cantonment board. Rate quoted by M/s. Blue bird solar Pvt. Ltd., for the similar work have been approved by Cantonment Board, Nasirabad vide C.B. Res. No. 15 dated 28.12.2017.

Therefore to consider the similar work for the design, drawing supply, installation and commissioning of Total 70 KWp roof top/ground mounted P.V. solar power plant at Ajmer Cantonment. The total cost for the aforesaid work is Rs. 44,04,470.00 (Rs. Forty four lacs four thousand four hundred seventy only) as per rates quoted by M/s. Blue Bird solar Pvt. Ltd.,

RESOLUTION 3 : Noted and approved the rates quoted by Ms/. Blue Bird Solar Pvt. Ltd. for supply, installation and commissioning of70 KWp rooftop solar power plant at Ajmer Cantonment Board amounting to Rs. 44,04,470.00 (Rs. Forty four lacs four thousand four hundred seventy only). Proposal in this regard be sent to competent authority for approval.

4. PURCHASE OF TIPPER:

Reference Circulation Agenda No. 01 dated 22.11.2017.

Principal Director, Defence Estates, Southern Command, Pune letter No. 8078/TIPPER/AJMER/DE dated 12.02.2018.

The above said tipper is not available on GeM portal. Therefore another tipper Tata ACE 2 Cu. M Box Tipper BS-IV (TATA MOTORS) amounting toRs. 4,62,475.00 (Rs. Four lacs sixty two lacs four hundred seventy five) only. Budget provision exists in 2017-18 (Revised) under Head F-4(b).

All relevant file are placed on the table to decide further action in the matter.

RESOLTUION 4 : Considered and approved. Board resolved that a fresh proposal be forwarded to competent authority for necessary sanction.

5. DEMOLITON OF DUSTBIN:

To consider the matter for demolition of dustbin situated in the entrance of paltan bazar area near Rashtriya Military School being Cantonment property is not used.

RESOLTUION 5: Considered and approved.

6. BUILDING BYE-LAWS:

To note and confirm the Circulation Agenda No. 01 dated 27.12.2017 regarding Draft Building Bye-laws submitted by Architect Pawan Dholia, Founder and Chief Architect, Pratap Nagar, Sanganer, Jaipur (Raj.)

2. In response to this office public notice No. 1/1/CAC/177 dated 28.12.2017 objections were invited from General public for 30 days period but no objections were received in this regard.
