Routage mécanique configuration :


Routage électrique configuration :

1/ Vérification de la présence des 2 liners noirsdansletubediagonaletdes2linersbleusdansletube horizontal et la base arrière droite (attentionàne retireraucundeces4 linerspour faciliter lemontage).

2/Vérifierlaprésencedes2butéesdegainemétalsous les 2 liners noirs en entrée du TD vers ladouillededirection(C1&C2).

3/Vérifierlaprésencedes3autresbutéesdegainemétaldanslesachetd’accessoiresfourni,puislesplacersurles3trousABD.

4/ Placer les 2 câbles de dérailleurs dans les 2liners noirs. Trou gauche C1 = dérailleur avant,TroudroitC2=dérailleurarrière.Pour cedernierreplacerledanslelinerbleupourlepassagedanslabasedroite.

1/ Vérification de la présence des 2 liners noirsdansletubediagonaletdes2linersbleusdansletubehorizontaletlabasearrièredroite.

2/Retirerces2 linersnoirsavec les2butéesdegainemétal.

3/SeréféreràlaNoticeShimanoDI2.

4/TrouàgaucheC1bouchoncaoutchoucàplacerdirectementdanslecadrecôtégauche.

5/ Trou à droite C2 placer le câble électriqueShimanode ladouille jusqu’auboitierdepédalier,puis placer le bouchon fendu Di2 côté droit(utilisation possible de l’outil ParkTool à aimantsRefIR-I).

6/ De même dans la base à l’aide du liner bleupasser lecâbleélectriqueShimanode lapattededérailleurDauboitierdepédalierF,puisplacerlebouchonfenduDi2aupointD(utilisationpossibledel’outilParkToolàaimantsRefIR-I).

7/PlacerlecâbleélectriqueShimanodansletubedeselledupointEauboitierD.

5/ Placer le câble de frein arrière avec autourle tube mousse fourni dans le tube horizontalpuis replacer la butée de gaine métal à chaqueextrémité.Possibilitédes’aiderdulinerbleucommeguidepuisleretirer.

6/Vousavezlapossibilitédemettreuntensionneurdedérailleuravantdanscecascoupervotregainededérailleuravantàenviron3cmde lasortiededouille,puisplacer le tensionneur.Placer lecâblede dérailleur avant depuis lamanette et sortez-lederrièreleboitierdepédalier.

7/Finaliserlemontage.

8/Vueduguidecâbleboitierdepédalierclipsableet déclipsable à l’aided’unepinceà circlips dansles2trousprévusàceteffet(petiteflècheindiquantl’avantducadreF).

10/Placer lecâblede freinarrièreavecautour letube mousse fourni dans le tube horizontal puisreplacerlabutéedegainemétalàchaqueextrémité.Possibilitédes’aiderdulinerbleucommeguide.

11/Vousavezlapossibilitédemettreuntensionneurdedérailleuravantdanscecascoupervotregainededérailleuravantàenviron3cmde lasortiededouille,puisplacer le tensionneur.Placer lecâblede dérailleur avant depuis lamanette et sortez-leparlasortie.

Démonter les quatre visM5 avec une cléAllen de 4mm.Monter lesportes-bidons (se référer à la notice produit correspondant), puisrevisserlesvisaucouplede3Nm.

Les fourches 785HUEZRSet 785HUEZ sont àdéport différenciés afin de satisfaire toutes lestaillesdescadresetrépondreaumieuxàlapratiqueducyclismeencompétition (XSS50mm,MLXL43mm).

2/ Check that there are 2 metal end caps underthe2blacklinersandatthestartofthedowntubetowardstheheadtube(C1&C2).

3/Checkthat thereare3othermetalendcaps inthe bag of accessories provided, and then placethemonthe3holesABD.

INSTALACIÓN DEL ENRUTAMIENTO

Enrutamiento mecánico configuración :


Enrutamiento eléctrico configuración :

1/ Comprobación de la presencia de los 2revestimientosnegroseneltubodiagonalydelos2 revestimientosazulesenel tubohorizontal y labasetraseraderecha(tengacuidadodenoretirarninguno de los 4 revestimientos para facilitar elmontaje).

2/Compruebelapresenciadelos2topesdevainade metal bajo los 2 revestimientos negros a laentradadelTDhaciaelcasquillodedirección(C1yC2).

3/ Compruebe la presencia de los otros 3 topesde vaina de metal en el paquete de accesoriossuministrado,luegocolóquelosenlosorificiosA,ByD.

4/ Coloque los 2 cables de desviadores enlos 2 revestimientos negros. Orificio izquierdoC1= desviador delantero, orificio derecho C2=desviador trasero. Para este último, recolóqueloenel revestimientoazulparaelpasopor labasederecha.

1/ Comprobación de la presencia de los 2revestimientosnegroseneltubodiagonalydelos2revestimientosazuleseneltubohorizontalylabasetraseraderecha.

2/Retireestos2revestimientosnegrosconlos2topesdevainademetal.

3/ConsulteelManualShimanoDI2.

4/Orificio a la izquierdaC1.Tapón de caucho quedebe colocarse directamente en el cuadro al ladoizquierdo.

5/OrificioaladerechaC2.ColoqueelcableeléctricoShimanodelcasquillohastalacajadepedalier,luegocoloque el tapón roscado Di2 al lado derecho (usoposibledelaherramientaParkToolaimanesRefIR-I).

6/ De la misma forma, en la base, con ayuda delrevestimiento azul, pase el cable eléctrico ShimanodelapatadedesviadorDhastalacajadepedalierF,luegocoloqueeltapónroscadoDi2enelpuntoD(usoposibledelaherramientaParkToolaimanesRefIR-I).

7/ColoqueelcableeléctricoShimanoeneltubodesillíndelpuntoEalacajaD.

5/Coloqueelcabledefrenotraseroconeltubodeespumasuministradoeneltubohorizontalyluegovuelvaacolocareltopedevainaencadaextremo.Existelaposibilidaddeguiarseporelrevestimientoazulyluegoretirarlo.

6/ Tiene la posibilidad de poner un tensor dedesviadordelantero.Enestecaso,cortesuvainade desviador delantero a unos 3 cm de la salidadelcasquilloyluegocoloqueeltensor.Coloqueelcable del desviador delantero desde lamaneta ysáquelopordetrásdelacajadepedalier.

7/Finaliceelmontaje.

8/Vistadelaguíadecabledelacajadepedalierenganchable y desenganchable con una pinzade circlips en los 2 orificios previstos al efecto(pequeña flecha indicadora en la parte delanteradelcuadroF).

9/Paraaseguraryevitarelcontactoconelejedelacajadepedalier,el cabledeldesviador traseropuedepasarporlaguíadecablesmecánicaF(encaso necesario, agrande ligeramente los orificiosdelanterosytraserosaldiámetrode5mm).

10/Coloqueelcabledefrenotraseroconeltubodeespumasuministradoeneltubohorizontalyluegovuelvaacolocareltopedevainaencadaextremo.Existelaposibilidaddeguiarseporelrevestimientoazul.

11 / Tiene la posibilidad de poner un tensor dedesviadordelantero.Enestecaso,cortesuvainade desviador delantero a unos 3 cm de la salidadelcasquilloyluegocoloqueeltensor.Coloqueelcable del desviador delantero desde lamaneta ysáqueloporlasalida.

1/ KontrollierenSie, ob die 2 schwarzen Liner imDiagonalrohr und die 2 blauen Liner imOberrohrundinderhinterenrechtenStrebevorhandensind(Achtung:ZurVereinfachungderMontagediese4Linerbittenichtentfernen).

2/KontrollierenSie,obdie2Metall-Zugwiderlagerunter den beiden schwarzen Linern am EingangdesDiagonalrohrszumSteuerrohrvorhandensind(C1&C2).

3/ Kontrollieren Sie, ob der mitgelieferteZubehörbeuteldie3anderenMetall-Zugwiderlagerenthält,undsetzenSiesieindie3LöcherA,BundDein.

4/ Verlegen Sie die 2 Schaltzüge in den beidenschwarzen Linern. Linkes Loch C1 = Schaltzugfürvorne,rechtesLochC2=Schaltzugfürhinten.Letzteren wieder in den blauen Liner einfädeln,damiterinderrechtenStrebeverläuft.

5/ Rechtes Loch C2: Shimano-Schaltkabel vomSteuerrohrbiszuTretlagergehäuseverlegen,danndie Schlitzabdeckung Di2 rechts anbringen (dazukanndasWerkzeugParkToolmitMagnetRef IR-Iverwendetwerden).

6/EbensoinderStrebedasShimano-Schaltkabelvom Steuerrohr mit Hilfe des blauen Liners vomUmwerfer D bis zu Tretlagergehäuse F verlegen,dann die Schlitzabdeckung Di2 am Punkt Danbringen(dazukanndasWerkzeugParkToolmitMagnetRefIR-Iverwendetwerden).

7/ Verlegen Sie das Shimano-Schaltkabel imSattelrohrvonPunktEzumGehäuseD.

5/ Verlegen Sie den hinteren Bremszug mit demmitgeliefertenSchaumstoff-Schlauchdarumherumim Oberrohr und setzen Sie dann das Metall-Zugwiderlager an beiden Enden wieder auf. Siekönnen den blauen Liner als Hilfszug verwendenunddannwiederherausziehen.

6/SiekönneneineSpannvorrichtungamvorderenSchaltzug anbringen. Schneiden Sie dazu dievordere Schaltaußenhülle ca. 3 cm nach demAustritt aus dem Steuerrohr ab und bringen dieSpannvorrichtung an. Verlegen Sie den vorderenSchaltzugvomSchalthebelausundziehenSieihnhinterdemTretlagergehäuseheraus.

7/SchließenSiedieMontageab.

8/AnsichtdesHilfszugsfürdasTretlagergehäuse,der mit einer Circlips-Zange in den 2 dafürvorgesehenen Löchern ein- und ausgeclipstwerdenkann(derkleinePfeilzeigtdieVorderseitedesRahmensF).
