• Le traitement des lymphomes associés au VIH rejoint celui des VIH-
• Avec un pronostic qui s’en rapproche ???– Oui pour certains– Non pour les autres….
• Les facteurs pronostics sont principalement – CD4 et IPI
Conclusion• Le R CHOP est le “standard” pour les IPI 0-1
– Et CD4 > 100
• Pour les IPI 2-3 il faut trouver mieux– Intensifier ?
• R - ACVBP?• ABMT?
• Pour les CD4 < 50 ou 100 – Place du Rituximab ?– Intensité???
• Le Burkitt “grave”???
Conclusion
Il reste de la place pour des essais

• Jusqu’a présent ne fait pas partie des affections “liées” au VIH
• Associé à EBV
