I generatori della serie ECO3 sono auto-regolati, brushless a 2 e 4 poli.Hanno induttore rotante provvisto di gabbia dismorzamento (generatori a 2 poli) e indottofisso a cave inclinate.Gli avvolgimenti sono a passo raccorciato perridurre il contenuto armonico.I generatori sono costruiti in conformità alledirettive 98/37, 73/23, 89/336 e relativemodifiche, alle norme CEI 2-3, EN 60034-1,IEC 34-1, VDE 0530, BS4999 - 5000, EN50081/1, EN 50082/1, CAN/CSA-C22.2N°14-95 - N°100-95.Le prove per la verifica della compatibilita’elettromagnetica sono state eseguite nellecondizioni prescritte dalle norme, con il neutrocollegato a terra. Esecuzioni in accordo adaltre specifiche possono essere eseguite surichiesta del cliente.La struttura meccanica, sempre molto robu-sta, consente un facile accesso aicollegamenti e permette di eseguire leverifiche nelle diverse parti altrettantofacilmente.La carcassa e’ realizzata in acciaio, gli scudiin alluminio pressofuso, l’albero in acciaioC45 con ventola calettata.Il grado di protezione e’ IP23 (a richiesta e’possibile realizzare un grado di protezionesuperiore).Gli isolamenti sono eseguiti in classe H, leimpregnazioni con resine epossidiche per leparti rotanti e trattamenti sottovuoto per leparti di piu’ elevata tensione, quali gli statori (arichiesta trattamenti speciali).Nel campo dei radio disturbi, la produzione diserie soddisfa il grado “N” della norma VDE0875. Su richiesta forniamo filtri pernormative piu’ restrittive, quali VDE 0875 “K”,MIL 461 - 462 D, etc.

ECO3 2 and 4 pole alternators are brushless,self regulating and incorporate a rotatinginductor with damper cage (2 polegenerators) and a fixed stator with skewedslots. The stator windings have a shortenedpitch to reduce the harmonic content of theoutput waveform.The alternators are made in compliance withthe 98/37, 73/23, 89/336 directives and theiramendments, and the CEI 2-3, EN 60034-1,IEC 34-1, VDE 0530, BS4999-5000, EN50081/1, EN 50082/1, CAN/CSA-C22.2N°14-95 - N°100-95 regulations.Tests to verify the electromagneticcompability have been carried out in theforeseen conditions by the standards with theneutral connected to the earth.On customer’s request alternators can bemanufactured according to different speci-fications.The robust mechanical construction givesgood access to the generator outputconnections, and allows the user to inspectthe various components with ease.The casing is made of steel, the shields ofcast iron, and the shaft of C45 steel and it hasa keyed fan.The mechanical protection level meetsstandard IP23 (upon request higher levels ofprotection can be supplied).Insulation materials meet class Hrequirements, and all rotating componentsare epossy resins impregnated, highervoltage parts, such as the stators, arevacuum-treated (special treatments areavailable on request).Radio interference suppression meets therequirements of VDE 0875 grade “N”regulations. On request we supply filtersmeeting more stringent regulations, such asVDE 0875 “K”, MIL 461-462 D ect.

Les alternateurs de série ECO3 sont auto-régulés, sans bague ni balai à 2 et 4 pôles.Ils sont à inducteurs tournants aveccage d’amortissement (série 2 pôles) etstator à encoches inclinées.Les bobinages sont à pas raccourcis afin deréduire le taux d’harmoniques.Les alternateurs sont construits en conformitéaux directives CEE 98/37, 73/23, 89/336 etleurs modifications, aux normes CEI 2-3, EN60034-1, IEC 34-1, VDE 0530, BS4999-5000, EN 50081/1, EN 50082/1, CAN/CSA-C22.2 N°14-95 - N°100-95.Les exécutions en accord avec d’autresspécifications peuvent être suivies surdemande du client.La structure mécanique, toujours trésrobuste, permet un accés facile auxraccordements et permet les vérifications desautres parties trés facilement.La carcasse est en acier, les flasques enfonte, l’arbre est en acier C45 avec ventilateurclaveté.Le grade de protection est IP23 (surdemande, il est possible de réaliser un gradede protection supérieur).Les isolements sont de la classe H, lesimprégnations en vernis epoxy pour lesparties tournantes et les parties plus élevéesen tension comme les stators sontimprégnées sous vide et pression (surdemande, nous pouvons exécuter destraitements spéciaux).Dans le domaine des anti-parasitages, laproduction de série satisfait au grade “N” dela norme VDE 0875. DieGeneratoren sind in Ubereinstimmung mitden Bestimmungen 98/37 sowie mit 73/23und 89/336 und deren entsprechendenÄnderung, und den Normen CEI 2-3, EN60034-1, IEC 34-1, VDE 0530, BS4999-5000, EN 50081/1, EN 50082/1, CAN/CSA-C22.2 N°14-95 - N°100-95 hergestellt.Ausführungen, die anderen als denangegebenen Spezifikationen entsprechensollen, können auf Kundenanfrage hergestelltwerden.Die mechanische, sehr widerstandsfähige,robuste Struktur ermöglicht leichten Zugangzu den Verbindungen und Anschlüssen underlaubt eine ebenso leichte Kontrolle derverschiedenen Teile. Das Gehäuse bestehtaus Stahl, die (Schutz) schilde aus Gußeisen,die Welle aus C45-Stahl mit aufgezogenemLüfterrad.Die Schutzklasse ist IP23 (auf Anfrage kannauch eine hohere Schutzklasse realisiertwerden).Die Isolierungen entsprechen der Klasse H,die Imprägnierungen erfolgen mitEpoxidharzen für die drehbaren Teile, bzw,durch Vakuumverfahren für die Teile, dieerhöhter Spannung ausgesetzt sind, wie z.B.Ständer (auf Anfrage auch Sonderverfahrenmöglich).Bezüglich der Funkstörungen, entspricht dieProduktionsserie dem Grad “N” der VDENormen.Auf Anfrage liefern wir Filter, die nochstrengeren Anforderungen gerecht werden,wie z.B. Per qualsiasi comunicazione con la Mecc Alteo con i centri di assistenza autorizzati, citaresempre il tipo e il codice del generatore.

VERIFICA ALLACONSEGNA

IDENTIFICAZIONEMACCHINA

Prima di qualsiasi intervento di pulizia, lubri-ficazione o manutenzione il motore primarioa cui e’ collegato il generatore non deveessere in funzione, ma fermo e isolato dallesue fonti di energia.

Per fermare il generatore occorre seguirescrupolosamente la procedura di arresto delsistema di trascinamento; il generatore none’ previsto di Stop/Emergenza, ma si arrestaistantaneamente in relazione al sistema diarresto predisposto dall’installatore.

PRESCRIZIONI DISICUREZZA

Alla consegna del generatore controllare conla bolla di accompagnamento che non cisiano danni o parti mancanti; nel casoinformare immediatamente lo spedizionere,l’assicurazione, il rivenditore o la Mecc Alte.

Therefore a strict observance of theseinstructions is required.

INSPECTION ONDELIVERY

When the alternator is delivered, check thatunit conforms with the delivery note andensure that there are no damaged ordefective parts; should there be any, pleaseinform the forwarding agent, the insurancecompany, the seller or Mecc Alteimmediately.

SAFETYREQUIREMENTS

Before any cleaning, lubrication or mainte-nance operation, ensure that the generator isstationary and disconnected from the powersupply.

When stopping the generator, ensure thecompliance with the procedures for stoppingthe prime mover.The generator, in fact, has no EmergencyStop, but is controlled by the device arrangedby the installer.

Avant une quelconque intervention denettoyage, lubrification ou manutention, lemoteur avec lequel est accouplé l’alternateurne doit pas être en fonctionnement mais isoléde ses sources d’énergie.

Pour coupé un alternateur, il faut suivrescrupuleusement la procédure d’arrêt dusystème d’entraînement, l’alternateur n’estpas pourvu d’arrêt d’urgence, mais il s’arrêteinstantanément en fonction du systèmed’arrêt prévu par l’installateur.

Um dem Generator zu stoppen, ist eserforderlich genauestens das Abstell-verfahren für das Zugsystem einzuhalten; derGenerator ist nicht mit einem Sicherheits-abschalter (“NOTAUS”) versehen, sondern erstoppt unmittelbar in Abhängigkeit von demAbschaltsystem, das vom Herstellervorgesehen ist.

Para detener el generador es necesario seguirescrupolosamente los procedimientos dedetención del sistema de arrastre; el generadorno posee un Stop/Emergencia, pués el mismose detiene instantaneamente en función delsistema de stop preparado por el instalador.

Per la movimentazione dei generatori di-simballati usare sempre ed esclusivamentegli appositi golfari.Utilizzare funi di portata adeguata senzasollevare il generatore troppo dal pavimento(max 30 cm.)

Alla fine del periodo di vita della macchina,rivolgersi alle agenzie di smaltimento mate-riali ferrosi e non disperderne parti nell’am-biente.

Gli addetti all’installazione, conduzione emanutenzione del generatore devono es-sere tecnici adeguatamente qualificati e checonoscano le caratteristiche dei generatori.

Le persone addette alla movimentazionedevono sempre indossare guanti da lavoro escarpe antinfortunistiche.Qualora il generatore o l’intero impiantodebba essere sollevato da terra, gli operatoridevono usare un casco protettivo.

Il generatore va installato in un ambienteaerato. Se non c’e’ sufficiente aria oltre al malfunzionamento esiste pericolo di surriscal-damento.Sulla porta di ingresso del locale ci deveessere un cartello indicante il divieto diaccesso alle persone non autorizzate.

Assicurarsi che il basamento del generatoree del motore primario sia calcolato per sop-portarne il peso e tutti gli eventuali sforzidovuti al funzionamento.

L’installatore deve collegare la macchinaperfettamente in asse al motore primario; incaso contrario l’insieme puo’ generarevibrazioni pericolose.

La macchina e’ stata progettata per garan-tire la potenza nominale in ambienti contemperatura massima di 40°C e altitudineinferiore ai 1000 metri; per condizioni diversevedere il catalogo commerciale (depliant).

SAFETYREQUIREMENTS

Before installing the generator,arrangements must be made to earth themachine in compliance with any relevantelectrical regulations.This is the reason whyyou must make sure that the groundingsystem is in good conditions and incompliance with the regulations of thecountry where the generator will be installed.

CAUTIONTHE FINAL INSTALLER IS RESPONSI-BLE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ALLTHE PROTECTIONS (SECTIONINGDEVICES, PROTECTIONS AGAINSTDIRECT AND INDIRECT CONTACTS,OVERCURRENT AND OVERVOLTAGEPROTECTIONS, EMERGENCY STOP,ETC.) NECESSARY FOR THE MACHINETO COMPLY WITH THE EXISTINGINTERNATIONAL/EUROPEAN SAFETYREGULATIONS.

For handling the unpacked generators,always use the special eyebolts only; useropes having a suitable carriyng capacityand do not lift the generator too much fromthe floor (max 30 cm.).

When the machine is worn cut, contact thecompanies in charge of the disposal offerrous material and do not throw away itsparts into the environment.

The operators in charge of the installation,operation and maintenance of thegenerators must be skilled technicians whoknow the characteristics of the generators.

The people in charge of the handling mustalways wear work gloves and safety shoes.In case the generator or the whole plantmust be lifted from the floor, the operatorsmust wear a safety helmet.

The generator must be installed in an airyroom. If there is not enough air, amalfunction or an overheating may occur. Allentry doors into generator room should beclearly marked “Authorized persons only”.

Make sure that gen-set foundations andbaseframe are suitable to bear thecombined weight of the alternators andprime mover.

The alternator should be securely connectedand perfectly aligned with the prime mover,otherwise dangerous vibrations may occur.

The machine has been designed to ensurethe rated output when it is installed in roomshaving a max temperature of 40°C and at analtitude not exceeding 1000 meters; in caseof different conditions, please makereference to our catalogue (brochure).

Les personnes employées à la manutentiondoivent avoir des gants et des chaussures desécurité. Dans le cas où l'alternateur ou legroupe électrogène doivent être soulevés deterre, les opérateurs doivent utiliser un casquede protection.

L'alternateur doit être installé dans un endroitaéré. Si la quantité d'air n'est pas suffisante,outre un mauvais, fonctionnement, il existe aussiun risque de surchauffe.Sur la porte d'entrée du local il doit y avoir unécriteau indiquant "entrée interdite auxpersonnes non autorisées".

S'assurer que le chassis, support de l'alternateuret du moteur, est dimensioné pour supporter lamasse totale.

L'installateur doit monter la machineparfaitement dans l'axe du moteurd'entrainement.Dans le cas contraire, l'ensemble peut générerdes vibrations dangereuses.

Am Ende der Lebendsdauer der Maschinenist sich an die Entsorgungsunternehmen fürEisenmaterialen zu wenden; Teile dürfennicht einfach weggeworfen werden.

Das für installation, Bedienung und Wartungzuständige Personal muß aus entsprechendqualifizierten Technikern bestehen, die dieEigenschaften des Generators genaukennen.

Die für den Transport zuständigen Personenhaben stets Arbeitshandschuhe undSchuhwerk gemäß den Unfallverhü-tungsvorschriften zu tragen. Sofern derGenerator oder die gesamte Anlage vomBoden angehoben werden müssen, habendie Arbeiter ein Schutzelm zu verwenden.

Der Generator muß in einem belüftetenRaum installiert werden. Wenn ausreichendeBelüftung nicht gegeben ist, besteht dieGefahr fehlerhaften Funktionie-rens und derÜberhitzung.An der Eintrittstür zu diesem Raum ist einSchild anzubringen, das den Eintritt für nichtautorisierte Personen untersagt.

Es ist sicherzustellen, daß der Untergrund fürden Generator und den Hauptmotor soberechnet ist, daß er das Gewicht tragenkann.

Der Aufsteller muß die Maschine genau aufder Mittellinie mit dem Haupmotoranschließen; andernfalls kann dieKonstruktion gefährlich Schwingungenauslösen.

Para mover los generadores desembalados,usar siempre y exclusivamente loscorrespondientes ganchos que poseen losmismos.Utilizar correas de resistencia adecuada sinnecesidad de elevar demasiado el generadordel pavimento (max 30 cm).

Al final del periodo de vida útil de la máquina,dirigirse a una agencia de reciclaje demateriales ferrosos, de manera de no perderpartes en el ambiente.

Las personas dedicadas a la instalación,transporte y mantenimiento del generadordeberán ser técnicos adecuadamentecalificados y que conozcan las característicasde los generadores.

Las personas dedicadas al transporte deberánusar siempre guantes de trabajo y zapatos deseguridad. Siempre que el generador o elequipo completo sea elevado del suelo, losoperadores deberán usar cascos deprotección.

El generador debe ser instalado en unambiente aireado.Si no hoy suficiente ventilación, además delmal funcionamiento existirá el peligro desobrecalentamiento.A la puerta de ingreso del local se deberácolocar un cartel que prohiba el acceso a laspersonas no autorizadas.

Asegurarse que la base de apoyo delgenerador y del motor primario seancalculadas para soportar el peso total.

El instalador deberá acoplar el generadorcoaxialmente con el motor primario, en casocontrario, todo el conjunto podrá tenerpeligrosas vibraciones.

La máquina eléctrica fue diseñada paragarantizar la potencia nominal con unatemperatura ambiente máxima de 40 °C y unaaltitud inferior a 1000 m; para condicionesdiferentes ver el catálogo comercial (depliant).

I generatori sono rumorosi; anche se il li-vello acustico è sicuramente inferiore aquello del motore primario, devono essereinstallati in ambienti isolati (stanza, salamacchine, etc.) e chi vi accede deve munirsidi cuffie antirumore.

I generatori sviluppano calore anche elevatoin funzione della potenza generata.Pertanto non toccare il generatore se noncon guanti antiscottatura e attendere, unavolta spento, che esso raggiunga la tempe-ratura ambiente.

Anche se la macchina e’ protetta in tutte lesue parti evitare di sostare nelle sue vici-nanze.

Per nessuna ragione appoggiarsi o sedersisul generatore.

Non togliere per nessuna ragione le eti-chette, anzi richiederne la sostituzione incaso di necessita’.

PERICOLO DI CORTO CIRCUITOIl generatore e’ costruito con grado di pro-tezione IP23; pertanto e’ fatto divieto dispruzzare o di mettere contenitori di liquidisopra le parti elettriche.

In caso di sostituzione di pezzi di ricambiorichiedere esclusivamente ricambi originali.

Per la sostituzione di parti usurate compor-tarsi rigorosamente come descritto al capi-tolo manutenzione; queste manutenzionidevono essere eseguite da tecnici adegua-tamente qualificati.

SAFETYREQUIREMENTS

No person must wear fluttering clothes (suchas scarves, etc.) near the machine and anygarment must be fastened with elastic bandsat its ends.

The generators must never and for noreason run whith following guards removed:- terminals cover- fan guards.

If required, the generator can be equippedwith a regulator with led display, as follows:Green - regular operationYellow - overload protection activatedRed - low speed protection activated

The generators are noisy; even if the soundlevel is certainly lower than that of the primemotor, they must be installed in soundproofrooms (room, engine room, etc.) where it isnecessary to wear antinoise car protectors.

The generators produce heat proportional tothe output.Therefore, do not touch the generator if youdo not wear antiscorch gloves and, afterswitching it off, do not touch it until it hascooled down.

Even if all the machine components areprotected, keep away from the machine.

La machine génère du bruit même si sonniveau est inférieur à celui du moteur, il doit êtrealors installé dans un local (isolé), et il estnécessaire pour les personnes d'être muniesde casque antibruit.

Les alternateurs produisent de l'énergiecalorifique directement proportionnelle à lapuissance utilisée.Ainsi, ne pas toucher l'alternateur ou bien avecdes gants appropriés, et attendre que celui-ci,une fois arrêté soit de nouveau à la températureambiante.

La machine est protégée dans tout sonenvironnement, éviter de rester dans sonvoisinage.

Pour aucune raison, il ne faut s'appuyer ous'asseoir sur l'alternateur.

Ne pas arracher non plus les étiquettes ouadhésifs, au contraire, les réclamer en cas denécessité.

DANGER DE COURT-CIRCUITL'alternateur est construit avec un grade deprotection IP23; il est formellement déconseilléd'asperger ou de mettre tout récipient contenantdu liquide sur les parties électriques.

En cas de changement de tout composant, ilest indispensable de les remplacer par lespièces d'origine.

Ces modifications doivent être exécutées pardu personnel technique qualifié.

Die Generatoren sind laut; auch wenn derGeräuschpegel durchaus unterhalb demPegel des Hauptmotors liegt, müssen sie inisolierten Räumlichkeiten(Räume, Maschinenräume, usw.) aufgestelltwerden. Personen, die diese Räumebetreten, müssen sich mit Kopfhöhrern vordem Lärm schützen.

Auch wenn die Maschine vollständigabgesichert ist, ist der Aufenthalt in ihrerNähe zu vermeiden.

Aus keinem Grunde darf man sich an denGenerator lehnen oder sich auf ihn setzen.

Aus keinem Grunde sind die Etiketten zuentfernen, stattdessen ist bei Bedarf Ersatzanzufordern.

GEFAHR VON KURZSCHLÜSSENDer Generator ist mit einem Schutzgrad IP23Konstruiert; daher ist es verboten, dieelektrischen Teile zu bespritzen oderBehälter mit Flüssigkeiten auf diese zustellen.

Müssen Teile ausgewechselt werden, sindausschließlich originale Ersatzteileanzufordern.

Beim Austausch von Verschleißteilenmüssen die im Kapitel "Wartung"angegebenen Vorschriften strengstenseingehalten werden; diese Wartungsarbeitenmüssen von entsprechend qualifiziertenTechnikern durchgeführt werden.

Los generadores son ruidosos, y si bien su nivelacústico es seguramente inferior al motorprimario, los mismos deberán ser instalados enambientes aislados (cabina, sala máquimas,etc.) y las personas que acceden deberán llevarauriculares antiruido.

Los generadores producen calor, y el mismopuede ser elevado en función de la potenciagenerada, por lo tanto no tocar la máquina si nose posee quantes antiquemaduras, despuésde un tiempo de haber detenido el generador,hasta que el mismo alcance la temperaturaambiente.

Si bien la máquina está protegida en todas suspartes, evitar de pararse cerca de la misma.

Por ninguna razón apoyarse o sentarse sobreel generador.

No quitar por ninguna razón las etiquetas, por elcontrario, pedir la sustitución en caso denecesidad.

PELIGRO DE CORTO CIRCUITOEl generador está construido con grado deprotección IP23; por lo tanto se prohibe salpicaro colocar recipientes con líquido sobre laspartes eléctricas.

En caso de sustitución de partes de repuesto,exigir exclusivamente repuestos originales.

Para la sustitución de partes usadas,comportarse rigurosamente como descripto enel capítulo mantenimiento; estas operacionesdeberán ser realizadas por técnicosadecuadamente calificados.

Nel caso che l’imballo debba esseremovimentato con carrelli, occorre che leforche siano tenute il piu’ larghe possibile inmodo da evitare cadute o scivolamenti.

In caso di immagazzinamento, gli alternatoriimballati e non, devono essere depositati inun locale fresco e asciutto o comunque maiesposto alle intemperie.

Una volta disimballato il generatore, (mono-supporto) non scollegare il sistema difissaggio rotore, in quanto quest’ultimopotrebbe scivolare.

Per la movimentazione al fine dell’installa-zione, sollevare i generatori, sempre, attra-verso i propri golfari.

Alternators will be packed for shipment in amanner suitable to their mode of transportand final destination.

Prior to handling goods, please ensure thatlifting equipment is of sufficient capacity.Under lifting conditions machinery should beelevated to a minimal distance from theground.

When lifting or moving goods by forkliftapparatus, care should be taken to ensurethat forks are correctly positioned to preventslipping or falling of pallet or crate.

Both packed and unpacked alternators shallbe stored in a cool and dry room, and shallnever be exposed to the inclemency of theweather.

With regard to single bearing alternators (formMD35) please ensure that the rotor securingdevice is in place. Failure to do so may lead toslippage or assembly.

When installing the alternators, always liftthem by using their eyebolts.

PLEASE NOTE :

AFTER PROLONGER STORAGE OR IFTHE MACHINES SHOW SIGNS OFCONDENSATION, ALL WINDINGSSHOULD BE SUBJECTED TO INSULATIONTESTS PRIOR TO OPERATING.

THE INSULATION TEST SHALL BE MADEBY SKILLED PERSONNEL.

BEFORE CARRYING OUT THE TEST, THEVOLTAGE REGULATOR MUST BEDISCONNECTED; IF THE TEST RE-SULTSARE TOO LOW (LOWER THAN 1 MΩΩ) THEALTERNATOR MUST BE DRIED IN ANOVEN AT 50-60°C.

En fontion de la destination des alternateurs,ils peuvent être emballés pour l’expédition dedifférentes manières.

En cas de déplacement des caisses, il estnécessaire de contrôler sur le bordereau delivraison le poids et, avec du materiéladéquate les soulever de terre le moins hautpossible.

Dans le cas où l’emballage devra êtredéplacé avec des chariots élévateurs, il estnécessaire que les sangles soientmantenues le plus large possible de façon àéviter des chutes ou des glissements.

En cas de stockage, les alternateursemballés ou non, doivent être déposés dansun local frais et aéré et jamais exposés auxintempéries.

Une fois l’alternateur sorti de l’emballage,(monopalier) ne pas enlever le système defixation du rotor, car dans ce cas, ce dernierpourrait glisser.

Pour les manutentions à la fin del’installation, soulever les alternateurs,toujours avec leurs propres anneaux delevage.

ATTENTION :

APRÈS DE LONGUES PÉRIODES DESTOCKAGE OU EN PRÉSENCE DESIGNES ÉVIDENTS D’HUMIDITÉ /CONDENSATION, VÉRIFIER L’ÉTATD’ISOLEMENT.

L’ESSAI D’ISOLEMENT DOIT ÊTREÉXECUTÉ PAR UN TECHNICIENQUALIFIÉ.

AVANT DE PROCÉDER À UN TEL ESSAI,IL EST NÉCESSAIRE DE DÉCONNECTERLE RÉGULATEUR DE TENSION; SI LESVALEURS MESURÉES SONTINFÈRIEURES À CELLES REQUISES(NFÈRIEURES À 1 MΩΩ) IL ESTNÉCESSAIRE DE SUPPRIMERL’HUMIDITÉ EN METTANT L’ALTER-NATEUR DANS UN FOUR À 50-60°C.

In Abhängigkeit von dem Zielort, können dieGeneratoren entsprechend auf verschiedeneArt und Weise für den Versand verpacktwerden.

In jedem Fall sind für den Transport dieAngaben des begleitenden Lieferscheinsbezüglich Gewicht zu beachten; derGenerator soll mit geeigneter Hilfsmittel sowenig wie möglich vom Boden hochgehobenwerden.

Sollte die Verpackung mit dem Generator mitGabelstaplern bewegt werden müssen, ist eserforderilch, die Gabelstellung so weit wiemöglich einzustellen, umdadurch zuverhindern, daß die Verpackungherunterfallen oder herunterrutschen kann.

Die Lagerung von verpackten undunverpackten Generatoren muß in einemkühlen und trockenen Raum erfolgen, derkeinesfalls Wittarungseinflüssen ausgesetzist.

Sobald der Generator (1 Lager Schild) ausseiner Verpackung entnommen ist, darf dieSicherungsvorrichtung für den Rotor nichtentferntwerden, da dieser abrutschen könnte.

Zum Trasport der Generatoren fürinstallationszwecke, dürfen diese stetsausschließlich an ihren dafür vorgesehenenRingschrauben aufgehängt werden.

ACHTUNG :

NACH EINER LÄNGEREN LAGE-RUNGSZEIT ODER BEI DEUTLICHENANZEICHEN VON FEUCHTIGKEIT ODERKONDENSAT, IST DER ZUSTAND DERISOLIERUNGEN ZU ÜBERPRÜFEN.

DIE ÜBERPRÜFUNG DER ISOLIERUNGDARF NUR VON EINEM FACHMANNDURCHGEFÜHRT WERDEN.

VOR DER DURCHFÜHRUNG EINERSOLCHEN PRÜFUNG IST ESERFORDERLICH, DEN SPANNUNGS-SREGLER ABZUTRENNEN; SOLLTE DIEÜBERPRÜFUNG EIN ZU NIEDRIGESERGEBNIS ERBRINGEN, (UNTERHALBVON 1 MΩΩ), MUß DER GENERATOR INEINEM OFEN BEI 50-60°C GETROCKNETWERDEN.

En función del destino final, los alternadorespodrán ser embalados para su expediciónen varios modos.

En todos los casos, para moverlos, observaren la factura, el peso y con los mediosadecuados, elevarlos del piso lo menosposible.

En caso que el embalaje sea movido pormedio de un elevador, será necesario quelas cuerdas del mismo ocupen todo la basede la caja, para evitar caídas odeslizamientos.

En caso de depósito, los alternadores con osin embalaje, deberán ser puestos en unlugar fresco y seco o por lo menos nunca serexpuestos a la intemperie.

Una vez desembalado el generador,(Monosoporte) no quitar el sistema defijación del rotor, pues de otra manera elmismo podría deslizarse y caer.

Para mover los generadores antes de suinstalación, elevarlos siempre por medio desus ganchos respectivos.

ATENCION:

DESPUES DE LARGOS PERIODOS DEDEPOSITO O EN PRESENCIA DEEVIDENTES SIGNOS DE HUMEDAD OCONDENSACION, CONTROLAR ELESTADO DE AISLACION.

LA PRUEBA DE AISLACION DEBE SEREFECTUADA POR UN TECNICOADECUADAMENTE CALIFICADO.

ANTES DE REALIZAR LA PRUEBA ESNECESARIO DESCONECTAR EL REGU-LADOR DE TENSION; SI LOS RESUL-TADOS SON DEMASIADO BAJOS(INFERIOR A 1MΩΩ), SE DEBERA SECAREL ALTERNADOR EN UN HORNO A 50-60°C.

Ricordarsi che, una volta che il generatoresara’ accoppiato al motore primario, omontato su un basamento, o installato in untelaio in modo da formare un corpo unico,non dovra piu’ essere sollevato dai proprigolfari ma si dovranno seguire le indicazionidell’installatore.

Non disperdere l’imballo nell’ambiente, marivolgersi alle agenzie di smaltimento.

IL LATO DI ASPIRAZIONE NON DEVEESSERE VICINO A SORGENTI DICALORE.IN OGNI CASO, SE NON SPECIFICA-TAMENTE CONCORDATO, LA TEMPE-RATURA DELL’ARIA DI RAFFRED-DAMENTO DEVE ESSERE QUELLAAMBIENTE E COMUNQUE NONSUPERIORE A 40°C.

IN CASO DI GENERATORIMONOSUPPORTO IN FASE DIACCOPPIAMENTO CON IL MOTOREPRIMO, FARE ATTENZIONE CHE ILROTORE NON SI SFILI; TOGLIERE ILSISTEMA DI FISSAGGIO ROTORE.

The mechanical coupling is under the soleresponsibility of the final user, and has to bedone at his discretion.

Warnings:

Se rappeler qu’une fois l’alternateur accoupléau moteur d’entrainement, ou monté sursocle, ou installé sur un châssis de manière àformer un seul bloc, il ne devra plus êtresoulevé par ses propres anneaux de levagemais il faudra suivre les indications del’installateur.

Ne pas jeter l’emballage dans la nature maiss’adresser à un centre de recyclage.

L’accouplement de l’alternateur au moteurd’entraînement est à la charge de l’utilisateurfinal et est exécuté selon sa propre méthode.

Les précautions requises sont :

DANS LA MISE EN SERVICE, S’ASSURERQUE LES OUVERTURES D’ASPIRATIONET L’EVACUATION DE L’AIR DEREFROIDISSEMENT SOIENT TOU-JOURS LIBRES.

LE CÔTÉ DE L’ASPIRATION NE DOIT PASÊTRE PRÈS D’UNE SOURCE DECHALEUR. DANS CHAQUE CAS, S’IL N’YA PAS DE SPÉCIFICATIONPARTICULIÈRE, LA TEMPÉRATURE DEL’AIR DE REFROIDISSEMENT DOIT ÊTRECELLE AMBIANTE ET DE TOUTE FAÇON,NE DOIT PAS ÊTRE SUPÈRIEURE À40°C.

DANS LE CAS DES ALTERNATEURSMONOPALIER EN PHASE D’ACCOU-PLEMENT AVEC LE MOTEURD’ENTRAÎNEMENT, FAIRE ATTEN-TION QUE LE ROTOR N’AIT PASGLISSÉ SUR SON AXE. ÔTER LESYSTÈME DE FIXATION DU ROTOR.

Der Anschluß des Generatores an einenAntriebsmotor obliegt dem Anwender underfolgt nach eigenen Ermessen.

Folgende Punkte sind zu beachten :

DIE ANSAUGSEITE DARF SICH NICHTIN DER NÄHE VON WÄRMEQUELLENBEFINDEN. FALLS NICHTANDERWEITIG VEREINBART, MUß DIEKÜHLLUFT RAUMTEMPERATUREAUFWEISEN UND DARF DEN WERTVON 40°C NICHT ÜBERSCHREITEN.

BEI EIN LAGER SCHILD GENERA-TOREN IST IN DER PHASE DESANSCHLUSSES AN DEN AN-TRIEBSMOTOR DARAUF ZU ACHTEN,DAß SICH DER ROTOR NICHT LÖST;EINE EVENTUELL VORHANDENEBEFESTIGUNGSSICHERUNG DES RO-TORS IST ZU ENTFERNEN.

Sobald der Generator eineal an einenAntriebsmotor angeschlossen wird, bzw.auf einem Unterbau montiert oder in einemRahmen installiert wird, so daß ein einzigerBlock entsteht, darf er nicht mehr an denRingschrauben angehoben werden.Es sind die Vorschriften des Monteurs zubeachten.

Die Verpackung ist durch die entsprechenden Entsorgungsunternehmen zuentsorgen.

Recordar que, una vez que el generadorserá acoplado al motor primario, o montadoen su base, o instalado en una estructura demanera de formar un cuerpo único, nodeberá ser elevado por medio de susganchos, sino que se deberán seguir lasindicaciones del instalador.

No dejar que el embalaje se pierda en elambiente, dirigirse siempre a cualquieragencia que trate el reciclaje de residuos.

El acoplamiento del generador al motorprimario es responsabilidad del usuario final,y el mismo será efectuado a propiadiscreción.

Los puntos de atención requeridos son :

EN LA PUESTA EN SERVICIOASEGURARSE QUE LAS ABERTURASDE ASPIRACION Y DESCARGA DEL AIREDE REFRIGERACION SE ENCUENTRENSIEMPRE LIBRES DE OBSTACULOS.

EL LADO DE ASPIRACION NO DEBEESTAR CERCA A FUENTES DE CALOR.DE CUALQUIER MANERA, SI NO ESPREVIAMENTE CONVENIDO, LATEMPERATURA DEL AIRE DERIFREGERACION DEBE SER AQUELLADEL AMBIENTE, DE TODOS MODOS, NOSUPERIOR A 40 °C.

EN CASO DE GENERADOR MONO-SOPORTE EN FASE DE ACOPLA-MIENTO CON EL MOTOR PRI-MARIO, ASEGURARSE QUE ELROTOR NO SE DESLIZE; QUITAR ELSISTEMA DE FIJACION DEL MISMO.

Nel caso di accoppiamento di ungeneratore serie ECO3 avente formacostruttiva B3/B9 seguire le seguentiistruzioni:

-) montare il coperchio anteriore sulmotore fissandolo con le apposite viti eapplicando una coppia di serraggio di48±7% Nm se si impiegano viti M10 o21±7% Nm nel caso di viti M8 (figura 1)

-) bloccare l’alternatore sul coperchiofissando i quattro dadi M8 sui tiranti,applicando una coppia di serraggio paria 16 ±7% Nm (figura 2)

-) inserire il tirante centrale nella suasede ed avvitare il dado (figura 3)

-) bloccare il tirante centrale applicandosul dado M8 una coppia di serraggiopari a 21 ±7% Nm; rimontare le retine diprotezione laterali e la griglia dichiusura posteriore applicando sulle vitiM5 una coppia di serraggio pari a3,5±7% Nm (figura 4).

-) bloquer le tirant central en appliquant àl’écrou M8 un couple de serrage de 21±7%Nm; remonter les grilles de protectionlaterales et la grille de fermeture arrière enappliquant aux vis M5 un couple de serragede 3,5±7% Nm (figure 4).

-) Die mittlere Zugstange in ihrem Sitzeinstecken und die Schraubmutterschrauben (Abbildung 3)

-) die mittlere Zugstange blockieren undhierfür ein Anzugsmoment von 21±7% Nmauf die Schraubmutter aufbringen; dieseitlichen Schutznetze sowie das hintereAbschlußrost wieder aufsetzen und hierfürein Anzugsmoment von 3,5±7% Nm auf dieSchrauben M5 aufbringen (Abbildung 4).

En el caso de acoplamiento de ungenerador serie ECO3 con formaconstructiva B3/B9, siga lasinstrucciones siguientes :

-) monte la tapa anterior encima delmotor sujetándola con sus tornillos yaplicando un par de torque de 48±7%Nm si utiliza tornillos M10, o de 21±7%Nm si utiliza tornillos M8 (fig. 1)

-) sujete el alternador en la tapa fijandolas cuatro tuercas M8 en los tirantes,aplicando un par de torque de 16±7%Nm (fig. 2)

-) introducir el tirante central en sulugar y enroscar la tuerca (fig. 3)

-) sujete el tirante central aplicando en latuerca M8 un par de apriete de 21±7% Nm;vuelva a montar las redecillas de protecciónlaterales y la rejilla de cierre posterior,aplicando a los tornillos M5 un par de torquede 3,5±7% Nm (fig. 4).

ACCOPPIAMENTOELETTRICO

L’accoppiamento elettrico e’ a cura dell’utiliz-zatore finale ed e’ eseguito secondo la suasola discrezione.Per l’ingresso nella scatola morsetti si racco-manda di utilizzare passacavi e serracavi inaccordo con le specifiche del paese diesportazione.

Collegamento avvolgimenti(tav. 2 pag. 35)Sono previsti entrambi i collegamenti, stellacon neutro ( Y ) e triangolo ( ∆ ) in tutti glialternatori.Per passare da un collegamento Y a ∆(es.da 400V a 230V) e’ sufficiente spostare iponti sulla morsettiera principale (vedereschema tav. 2 pag. 35). Nessun intervento e’richiesto, sul regolatore di tensione.A richiesta sono previsti esecuzioni a 12 cavidi uscita, per consentire di ottenere tensionidiverse (es. 115 / 200 / 230 / 400V ).I generatori, vanno sempre collegati a terracon un conduttore di adeguata sezioneutilizzando uno dei due (interno/esterno)appositi morsetti.Dopo aver eseguito il collegamento rimon-tare il coperchio scatola morsetti.

ATTENZIONE:Il controllo di tensione va eseguito a vuotocon l’alternatore funzionante a frequenzanominale.Agendo sul potenziometro tensione dei re-golatori elettronici si puo’ ottenere la regola-zione della tensione entro il ± 5% del valorenominale.E’ anche possibile, inserendo un potenzio-metro da 100KΩ negli appositi morsetti,ottenere la regolazione della tensione entro il± 5% del valore nominale.Per maggiori dettagli sui regolatori consul-tare il manuale specifico.

ELECTRICALCONNECTIONS

All electrical output connections are theresponsibility of, and are at the discretion of,the end user.When making terminal box connections, allcable and terminal lugs should meet therelevant standards of the country of finaldestination.

Windings connection(table. 2 pag. 35)All alternators feature both star with neutral(Y)and delta (∆) connections.To reconnect from a star to delta connection(for ex. from 400V to 230V), modify the linkingarrangements on the output terminal board(see diagram on table 2 page 35).It is not necessary to adjust the voltageregulator.If required, configurations with 12 outputcables can be had, so that different voltagescan be obtained (for example 115 / 200 / 230/ 400).The alterrnator must always be earthed bysufficiently rated cable, using one of theinside or outside terminals. After completingoutput connections, ensure that the terminalbox cover is securely in place.

NOTE: frequency variations.A standard production machine wound for 50Hz can also function at 60 Hz (and viceversa) by resetting the A.V.R. voltagepotenziometer to the new nominal voltagevalue.When changing from 50 to 60 Hz thealternator power, and nominal voltage willincrease by 20%, but the current does notchange from 50 Hz value. VOLTAGE REGULATOR(table 3 page 35)Self-regulation by means of an SR7electronic regulator guarantees precisevoltages of 2% in static conditions with anypower factor and with a variation in speed ofbetween -10% and +30%.If required, a UVR type regulator can beassembled on the generator. The onlydifference between this regulator and theSR7 is in the led display and a possiblethree-phase reference.

PLEASE NOTE:The generator output voltage must bechecked under no-load conditions, with thecorrect setting of frequency.The voltage may be adjusted by ± 5% of thenominal, by acting upon the voltagepotenziometer on the electronic regulators.By connecting a 100 KΩ potentiometeracross the relevant terminals, it is possible tohave a remote voltage regulation of ± 5% ofnominal voltage.For further details on regulators, please seethe specific manual.

Pour passer de la connexionY à ∆ (par exemple de 400V à 230V) il estsuffisant de modifier la position des barettessur la planchette à bornes (vois schéma Tab.2 pag. 35). Aucune intervention n’estnécessaire sur le régulateur de tension.Sur demande, sont prévues des exécutionsà 12 câbles de sortie, pour permettred’obtenir des tensions différentes (exemple115 / 200 / 230 / 400 V).Les alternateurs doivent toujours être reliés àla terre avec un conducteur de sectionadéquate en utilisant une des deux (interne/externe) bornes appropriées.Aprés avoir fait la liaison, remonter lecouvercle de la boite à bornes.

SPANNUNGREGLER (Abb. 3 Seite 35)Die Selbstregelung durch den elek-tronischen Regler, Typ SR7/1, gewährleistetunter statischen Bedingungen eineGenauigkeit der Spannungseinstellung von+ 2%, mit jedem Leistungsfaktor und miteiner Drehzahländerung zwischen -10%und +30%. CAUSE CHE PROVOCANOL’INTERVENTO DELLE PROTEZIONI.

Intervento istantaneo protezione bassavelocita’:1 - velocita’ ridotta del 10% rispetto ai dati di targa.Intervento ritardato protezione sovrac-carico :2 - sovraccarico del 10% rispetto ai dati di targa.3 - fattore di potenza (cos ϕ) inferiore ai dati di targa.4 - temperatura ambiente oltre i 50°C.

Intervento di entrambe le protezioni :5 - combinazione del fattore 1 con i fattori 2, 3, 4.

Nel caso di intervento delle protezioni, latensione erogata dall’alternatore scendera’fino ad un valore che dipendera’ dall’entita’dell’anomalia.La tensione tornera’ automaticamente alsuo valore nominale qualora venga a ces-sare l’inconveniente.

Dopo aver eseguito tutti i collegamentielettrici e solo dopo aver chiuso tutte leprotezioni e’ possibile effettuare la prova diprimo avviamento del sistema.

PROTECTIONSThe SR7 electronic regulator is equippedwith a low speed safety device as well as anoverload safety device to prevent irregularand dangerous operation of the alternator.Low speed safety device:It is activated immediately to reduce themachine voltage when the frequencydecreases to less than 10% of the ratedvalue.The activation level can be regulated usingthe “Hz” potentiometer.Overload safety device:A special circuit is used to compare thepartial excitation voltage.If, for a period longer than 20 seconds, thisvoltage is higher than the pre-set value(which corresponds to a charging currentequal to 1,1 times the current indicated onthe alternator data plate), the regulator isactivated and lowers the machine voltage,thereby limiting the current to a safe amount.The time delay is specifically set to give themotors time to pickup, as they usuallyrequire about 5÷10 seconds to start.This activation level can be regulated usingthe “AMP” potentiometer.

INTERVENTION OF PROTECTION DE-VICES CAUSES.

Underspeed protection instantaneousintervention :1 - speed reduced by 10% of nominal RPM

Delayed intervention of overloadprotection :2 - overload by 10% of nominal rating.3 - power factor (cos ϕ) lower than the nominal-one.4 - ambient temperature above 50°C.

Intervention of both protections :5 - combination of factor 1 with factors 2, 3, 4.

In case of intervention the output voltage willdrop down to a value which will depend onthe fault.The voltage will return automatically to itsnominal value as soon as the fault isremoved.

After all the electric connections have beenmade and only after all the protectionshave been put in place, can the system bestarted.

CAUSAS QUE PRODUCEN LA INTER-VENCION DE LAS PROTECCIONES.

Intervención instantanea, protección bajavelocidad :1 - velocidad reducida del 10% con relación a los datos de tarjeta.Intervento retardado, protección desobrecarga :2 - sobrecarga del 10% respecto a los datos de tarjeta.3 - factor de potencia (cos ϕ) inferior a los datos de tarjeta.4 - temperatura ambiente superior 50 °C.

Intervención de ambas protecciones :5 - combinación del factor 1 con los factores 2, 3, 4.

En el caso de intervención, la tensiónsuministrada por el alternador descenderáhasta un valor que dependerá de la entidaddel problema.La tension volverá automáticamente a suvalor nominal en el momento cese elinconveniente.

Después de haber realizado todas lasconexiones eléctricas y “solo después dehaber cerrado todas las protecciones” esposible efectuar el primer arranque delsistema.

STARTING ANDSTOPPING OPERATIONS

All the instrumentation for starting, runningand stopping the system shall be provided bythe installer.

THE STARTING, RUNNING ANDSTOPPING OPERATIONS MUST BECARRIED OUT BY SKILLED PERSONNELWHO HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOODTHE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AT THEBEGINNING OF THIS MANUAL.

PLEASE NOTE:When the system is set to work for the firsttime, which has to be done at a reducedspeed, the operator shall check that noanomalous noises can be detected.If an anomalous noise is detected, stop thesystem immediately and improve themechanical coupling.

CLEANING ANDLUBRICATION

Prior to approaching or touching thealternator, ensure that it is not live and it is atroom temperature; at this stage it is possibleto clean it on the outside using compressedair.

NEVER USE LIQUIDS OR WATER.

DO NOT CLEAN THE INSIDEELECTRIC COMPONENTS WITHCOMPRESSED AIR, BECAUSE THISMAY CAUSE SHORT-CIRCUITS OROTHER ANOMALIES.

For the alternator Series ECO3 it is notnecessary the lubrification for all the period offunctioning (30.000 h).

MANUTENTION

In order to disassemble the alternator seriesECO3, follow the following instructions

Remove the rear panel.

Prima di avvicinarsi al generatore assicurarsiche sia a stato energetico zero e atemperatura ambiente; a questo punto e’possibile pulirlo esternamente con ariacompressa.

NON UTILIZZARE MAI LIQUIDI O ACQUA.

ATTENTION:Durant le premier démarrage, qui doit êtreexécuté à vitesse réduite, l’installateur doitvérifier qu’aucun bruit anormal ne seprésente.Dans le cas de bruits anormaux, interrompreimmédiatement le fonctionnement et vérifierl’accouplement mécanique.

Pour démonter l’alternateur de la sérieECO3, suivre les instructions suivantes :

Ôter la tôle de fermeture.

ACHTUNG:Während der ersten Inbetriebnahme, die mitreduzierter Geschwindigkeit erfolgen muß,hat der Monteur zu überprüfen, obAnomalien in der Geräuschentwicklungauftreten. Im Falle von Anomalien in derGeräuschentwicklung, ist dafür zu sorgen,daß die Anlage unverzüglich gestoppt wird.Die mechanischen Anschlüsse müssen indiesem Falle verbessert werden.

Bevor Sie sich dem Generator nähern, istsicherzustellen, daß dieser nicht mehrstromführend ist und sich auf Raum-temperatur abgekühlt hat; zu diesemZeitpunkt ist es möglich, den Generator vonaußen mit Preßluft zu reinigen.

ATENCION:Durante el primer arranque, que deberáefectuarse a baja velocidad, el instaladordeberá controlar que no se presentenrumores anormales.En caso de rumores anormales, detenerinmediatamente el sistema e intervenir paramejorar el acoplamiento mecánico.

Antes de acercarse al generador,asegurarse que el mismo sea a estadoenergético cero y a temperatura ambiente;en estas condiciones es posible limpiarloexternamente con aire comprimido.

Por los generadores de la series ECO3 noes necesario la lubrificion por todos elperiodo de functionamiento (30.000h).

Para desmontar el alternador de la serieECO3, cùmplanse las instruccionessiguientes:

Quitar la tapa posterior.

Smontare lo scudo anteriore svitando i 4 dadidi fissaggio.

Battendo con un apposito martello in gommasull’albero, lato opposto all’accoppiamento.

SFILARE IL ROTORE UTILIZZANDO UNMEZZO DI SOLLEVAMENTO CON FUNIMORBIDE MA DI PORTATA ADEGUATA.ESEGUIRE L’ESTRAZIONE MOLTODELICATAMENTE E APPOGGIARLONELLA ZONA DI LAVORO PREDISPOSTA.

Per l’eventuale sostituzione del/i cuscinetto/iutilizzare un estrattore, del tipo illustrato infigura.

Per il rimontaggio del cuscinetto, riscaldare lostesso con un apposito dispositivomagnetico, del tipo illustrato in figura.

Indossando gli appositi guanti antiscottaturarimontare il/i cuscinetto/i.

Beating with an appropriate rubber-hammeron the shaft, opposite coupling side,

EXTRACT THE ROTOR USING AHOISTING MECHANISM WITH SOFTROPES OF SUFFICIENT STRENGTH.SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY EXTRACTTHE ROTOR AND PLACE IT IN THEWORK AREA WHICH HAS BEENPREVIOUSLY PREPARED.

To replace the bearing/s, use a puller of thetype shown in the figure.

To reassemble the bearing, heat it with aspecial magnetic device of the type shown inthe figure.

Wear special anti-scorch gloves, reassemblethe bearing/s.

Beim Wiedereinbau des/der Lagers/Lagersind zweckmäßige Schutzhandschuhe zutragen.

Para la sustitución eventual del/de loscojinetes/s utilizar un extractor, del tiporepresentado en la figura.

Para volver a montar el cojinete, calentareste último por medio de un dispositivomagnético adecuado, del tipo representadoen la figura.

Llevando puestos los específicos guantesantiquemaduras, volver a montar el/loscojinete/s.

Nel caso di sostituzione dello statoreeccitatrice, attenersi alle seguenti istruzioni.

Dissaldare i 2 cavi di collegamento al rotoreprincipale.

Inserire un adeguato estrattore, facilmentecostruibile o reperibile presso la nostra sede,come illustrato in figura.Tale estrattore consente di togliere l’eccita-trice con molta rapidita’.

Prima di rimontare l’eccitatrice, pulire bene lasede dell’albero e cospargere con un leggerostrato “Permabond AO22” della Angst-Pfistero equivalenti, tale sede.

Rimontare seguendo a ritroso le operazionifin qui descritte, facendo attenzione che i cavidi collegamento diodi siano rivolti versol’esterno.

Utilizzando un attrezzo simile a quellorappresentato in figura, rimontare l’eccitatrice.

MANUTENTION

When replacing the exciter stator, follow theinstructions below.

Unsolder the two cable of connection of themain rotor.

Insert a suitable puller, that can be easilymade or supplied by our company, as shownin the picture.This puller will enable to take out the excitervery easily.

Before replacing the exciter, clean the shaftseat thotoughly and cover it with a thin layerof “Permabond A022” of Angst-Pfister or asimilar product.

Reassemble the exciter following the above-described steps inversely, carefully checkthat the diode connecting cables are turnedtoward the outside.

Using a tool similar to the one shown in thefigure, reassemble the exciter.

En cas de remplacement du statorexcitateur, suivre les instructions suivantes:

Defaire les 2 cables de liaison au rotorprincipal.

Insérer un extracteur adéquat, facilementconstructible comme illustré sur la figure enréférence.Un tel extracteur permet d’ôter l’excitatriceavec beaucoup de rapidité.

Den Wiedereinbau in umgekehrterReihenfolge durchführen, wobei darauf zuachten ist, daß die Dioden-Anschlußkabelnach außen gerichtet sind.

Unter Verwendung eines ähnlichen wie inder Abbildung dargestellten Werkzeuges istder Erreger wieder zu montieren.

Antes de montar nuevamente la excitatriz,limpiar adecuatamente la parte del eje enquestión y pasar suavemente una telaesmeril “Permabond A022” de marca Angst-Pfister o equivalente sobre el mismo.

Volver a montarlo todo ejecutando al revéslas operaciones que se acaban de detallar,cuidando que los cables de conexión de losdiodos estén hacia fuera.

Utilizando una herramienta similar a la queestá representada en la figura, volver amontar la excitatriz.

ALTERNATOR DOES NOT EXCITE- Check the connection cables using the attached diagrams.- Increase speed by 15%.- For an instant apply on the electronic regulator a 12 V battery voltage with a 30 Ω resistor in series respecting the polarities.

AFTER BEING EXCITEDALTERNATOR DOES NOT EXCITE- Check connection cables as per attached drawings.

LOW VOLTAGE AT NO LOAD- Calibrate the voltage using the special potentiometer.- Check the number of turns. (possible safety device activation)- Check the windings.

HIGH VOLTAGE AT NO LOAD- Calibrate the voltage using the special potentiometer.- Check the regulator and replace it if necessary.

AT LOAD CONDITIONS, VOLTAGELOWER THAN RATED VALUE- Calibrate the voltage using the special potentiometer.- Current too high, cos ϕ lower than 0.8, speed lower than 4% of the rated value. (possible safety device activation)- Check the regulator and replace it if necessary.- Disconnect the cables and check the diodes; replace them if necessary.

AT LOAD CONDITIONS, VOLTAGEHIGHER THAN RATED VOLTAGE- Calibrate the voltage using the special potentiometer.- Check the regulator and replace it if necessary.

UNSTABLE VOLTAGE- Check that rotation is uniform.- Regulate the stability of the regulator with the "STAB" potentiometer.

NOISY GENERATOR- Check if the bearings must be replaced.- Check if the coupling can be improved.

IL GENERATORE NON SI ECCITA- Controllare il fusibile e se necessario sostituire- In caso di tensione residua insufficiente, aumentare la velocità del 15%.- In caso di tensione residua nulla, applicare per un istante + e - del regolatore elettronico una tensione di 12 V di una batteria, con in serie una resistenza di 30 Ω, rispettando le polarità.

A VUOTO TENSIONE BASSA- Ritarare la tensione mediante l’apposito potenziometro.- Controllare il numero di giri. (possibile intervento della protezione)- Controllare gli avvolgimenti.

A VUOTO TENSIONE ALTA- Ritarare la tensione mediante l’apposito potenziometro.- Controllare il regolatore e se necessario sostituire.

A CARICO TENSIONE INFERIOREALLA NOMINALE- Ritarare la tensione mediante l’apposito potenziometro.- Corrente troppo alta, cos ϕ inferiore a 0.8, velocità inferiore del 4% della nominale. (possibile intervento della protezione)- Controllare il regolatore e se necessario sostituire.- Controllare i diodi scollegando i cavi; sostituire se necessario.

A CARICO TENSIONE SUPERIOREALLA NOMINALE- Ritarare la tensione mediante l’apposito potenziometro.- Controllare il regolatore e se necessario sostituire.

TENSIONE INSTABILE- Controllare l’uniformità di rotazione.- Regolare la stabilità del regolatore agendo sul potenziometro “STAB.”.

GENERATORE RUMOROSO- Controllare e se necessario sostituire i cuscinetti.- Verificare e se necessario migliorare l’accoppiamento.

BEI BELASTUNG NIEDRIGERESPANNUNG ALS NORMAL- Die Spannung mit dem Potentiometer neu einstellen.- Zu hoher Strom, cos ϕ kleiner als 0.8 oder Geschwindigkeit um 4% niedriger als die Nenngeschwindigkeit (mögliches Ansprechen der Schutzeinrichtung).- Den Regler kontrollieren und bei Bedarf austauschen.- Kabel abklemmen und Dioden kontrollieren; bei Bedarf austauschen.

EN CHARGE LA TENSION ESTINFERIEURE A LA TENSIONNOMINALE- Retarer la tension au moyen du potentiomètre prévu à cet effet.- Courant trop élevé, cos ϕ inférieur à 0.8, vitesse inférieure de 4% à la vitesse nominale (intervention possible de la protection).- Contrôler le régulateur et le remplacer si nécessaire.- Contrôler les diodes en débranchant les fils ; les remplacer si nécessaire.

EN CHARGE, LA TENSION ESTSUPERIEURE A LA NOMINALE- Retarer la tension au moyen du potentiomètre prévu à cet effet.- Contrôler le régulateur et le remplacer si nécessaire.

BDurante disho periodo laMecc Alte se obliga areparar o sustituir a sucargo, en su esta-blecimiento todas ac-quallas piezas quehubieran sido averia-das, sin hacerse cargode otro tipo de danos,directos o indirectos.

CLa decision acerca delreconocimiento de ga-rantia esta reservadaexclusivamente a laMecc Alte, previoexamen de las partesaveriadas que deberanpermanecer en puertofranco o en su propiasede de Vicenza.

DTodos los eventualesgastos de transporte,viaje, transferencia omano de obra, para eldesmontaje y nuevomontaje, del alternadoro elemento accionanteseran siempre a cargodel usuario.

ELa garantia caduca sidurante el periododescrito se produjeranlas siguientes anoma-lias:

1almacenaje en lugarinadecuado;

2reparacion o modifi-cacion por personal noautorizado por MeccAlte;

3utilizacion o condicionesde manuntencion quecontravengan las nor-mas establecidas porMecc Alte;

4sobrecarga o empleo enprestaciones distintasde aquellas para las queha estado suministrado.

La garantia cesa igual-mente en el momentoque el cliente sea moro-so de pago, cualquieraque sea la razon.

GARANZIAALa Mecc Alte garan-tisce la buona costru-zione e qualita’ deipropri alternatori per 12mesi dalla data diconsegna, all’installa-tore.

BDurante il suddettoperiodo la Mecc Alte siimpegna a riparare osostituire (a propriespese) nella propria se-de, quelle parti che sifossero avariate, senzapero’ essere tenuta arisarcimenti di dannidiretti o indiretti.

CLa decisione sul rico-noscimento o menodella garanzia e’ riser-vata esclusivamentealla Mecc Alte previoesame delle parti ava-riate che dovranno per-venire in porto franco,alla sua sede di Vi-cenza.

DTutte le eventuali spesedi viaggio, trasferta, tra-sporto, mano d’operaper lo smontaggio erimontaggio dell’alter-natore dall‘apparec-chiatura azionante so-no sempre a caricodell’utente.

ELa garanzia decade sedurante il periodo pre-detto, i prodotti MECCALTE fossero:

1immagazzinati in luogonon adatto;

2riparati o modificati dapersonale non autoriz-zato dalla Mecc Alte;

3usati o sottoposti a ma-nutenzione non in basealle norme stabilitedalla Mecc Alte;

4sovraccaricati o impie-gati in prestazioni diver-se da quelle per le qualisono stati forniti.

La garanzia cessacomunque qualora ilcliente fosse inadem-piente nei pagamentiper qualunque ragione.

BDurant la période in-diquée, Mecc Alte s’en-gage à réparer ou àremplacer (à prix équi-valent) dans la société,la partie qui serait en-dommagée sans tou-tefois être tenue deprendre en considé-ration les frais directsou indirects.

CLa décision sur la priseen charge ou non de lagarantie est réservéeexclusivement à MeccAlte sur examenpréalable des piècesendommagées qui de-vront parvenir en portFranco à l’usine deVicenza.

DTout les éventuels fraisde voyage, transfert,transport, main d’oeu-vre pour le démontagede l’alternateur sonttoujours à la charge del’utilisateur.

ELa garantie ne s’ap-plique pas si durant lapériode indiquée il y a:

1emmagasinement dansun local non adapté;

2réparations ou modifi-cations personnellesnon autorisées parMecc Alte;

3usage et manutentionsnon conformes auxnormes établies parMecc Alte;

4surcharges et emploisdes fonctions différen-tes de celles pourlequel ils sont fournis.

Il est bien évident que lagarantie ne s’appliqueque sur le matériel payéen totalité.
