Love for MUSIC. Everything starts from that point of love for music. To fully understand the expectations of the music-fans and freaks, has been a very hard but stimulating task for the last 40 years. In fact, this task has influenced the life of a lot of people working in Phonocar’s Research & Development Division, dealing with the study of innovative Phonocar-products which, over the last 40 years have definitely contributed to the evolution of the CAR-HIFI-sector in Europe and the rest of the world. Today, in her 40th Jubilee, PHONOCAR is capable of drawing your atten-tion to her latest innovation: a totally new SPEAKER-series called MAGICO. This name has not been chosen by chance, but intentionally, becau-se this speaker-series really carries something magic: these speakers are without BASKET (normally regarded as an obstacle hindering a correct sound-reproduction), and at the same time, with a revolutionary cooling-system for the magnet, so that the mobile coil cannot overheat.In addition, there is another considerable advantage: the Magico-Speakers are entirely developed and manufactured in Italy (MADE IN ITALY).

L’amour pour la MUSIQUE, on doit commercer ici. Depuis 40 ans, la société PHONOCAR à toujours travailler de façon minutieuse afin de sati-sfaire les exigences des passionnés du car-audio. Beaucoup de personne ont contribué à l’évolution et au développement de la HI-FI embarqué, dans le monde entier et à travers des produits toujours plus innovants les uns des autres. A l’occasion de notre quarantième anniversaire, nous voulons encore vous étonner, en vous présentant pour cette occasion cette nouvelle série de haut-parleurs haut de gamme appelés MAGICO.Le nom de cette nouvelle gamme n’est pas un hasard. Cette ligne a vraiment quelque chose d’unique et de différent : le woofer est sans saladier (reconnu communément comme un obstacle pour une bonne reproduction sonore), il intègre un système révolutionnaire de refroidissement afin de mieux ventiler le noyau magnétique, évitant ainsi la surchauffe de la bobine mobile.La particularité de ce nouveau produit, c’est qu’il a été pensé, conçu et fabriqué à 100% en Italie. L’amore per la MUSICA, si parte da qui. Per condividerlo appieno con gli appassionati, è stato un compito estre-mamente impegnativo e stimolante per PHONOCAR nei primi 40 anni di vita. Un percorso che ha condizionato la vita di tante persone impegnate nello studio e nello sviluppo di innovativi prodotti che hanno contribuito, in ma-niera sostanziale, all’evoluzione dell’ HI-FI car in Europa e nel mondo. In occasione del quarantesimo di attività PHONOCAR stupisce ancora, presentando l’ennesima innovazione: una nuova serie di altoparlanti chiamati MA-GICO. Il nome non è stato scelto per caso ma perchè questa linea ha veramente qualcosa di magico: altoparlanti senza cestello (comunemente riconosciuto come un ostacolo per una corretta riproduzione), un rivoluzionario sistema di raffreddamento del nucleo magnetico al fine di evitare il surriscaldamento della bobina mobile.

A tutto questo si aggiunge un particolare non trascurabile: progetto e produzione fatto totalmente in Italia. (MADE IN ITALY).

Die MUSIK lieben. Dies ist unser Beweggrund, auch um die Gefühle der Musik-Fans zu verstehen bzw. zu teilen. Seit über 40 Jahren sehen wir dies als unsere, doch stimulierenden Aufgabe. Die Techniker unserer Forschung&Entwicklung befassen sich unaufhaltsam mit dieser Aufgabe und konnten, ganz konkret, an der Auto-Hifi-Evolution, in Europa und weltweit, durch etliche Innovations-Produkte beitragen. Zum 40. Jubiläum macht PHONOCAR seinem Namen alle Ehre und stellt eine ganz neue Lautsprecher-Serie vor, unter dem Namen MAGICO. Der Name kommt nicht von ungefähr, sondern beruht auf der Tatsache, dass diese Lautsprecher-Serie etwas Magi-sches in sich führt. Ohne Lautsprecherkorb, (der bekanntlich einer korrekten Ton-Wiedergabe im Wege steht). Aber mit einem revolu-tionären Kühlungs-System für den Magnet-Kern, damit sich die mobile Schwingspule nicht überhitzt.Hinzu kommt ein ebenso wichtiges Merkmal: Entwicklung und Herstellung in Italien (MADE IN ITALY).

Ha sido una tarea extremadamente laboriosa y estimulante para los primeros 40 años de vida de PHONOCAR. En ocasión de los 40 años de actividad, PHONOCAR consigue sorprender todavía, presentando la enésima innovación: una nueva serie de altavoces llamados MAGICO. SUONOI - Il finale è composto da 8 canali differenti per soddisfare il maggior numero di esigenze possibili. Due coppie di ca-nali ad elevata potenza ed alta capacità di corrente, per affrontare le configurazioni più moderne dotate di sub-woofer mono o doppio woofer in portiera, e due coppie di canali di potenza inferiore per pilotare i midrange ed i tweeter. Ognuna di queste quattro coppie di amplificatori può essere pilotata anche singolarmente full range. L’amplificatore può essere collegato ad un qualsiasi crossover elettronico, ma con l’impiego del crossover PH9000 è possibile regola-re l’impianto dal punto di ascolto.

GB - The amplifier is composed of 8 different channels capable of satisfying a vast number of different expectations. There are two channel-couples - very powerful and with a high current capacity - available for the modern confi-gurations with mono or double woofers in the doors and two less powerful channel-couples for the midranges and tweeters. It is possible, in any case, to drive every single channel-couple individually at full range. The amplifier can be connected to any kind of electronic crossover. To be noted that using the Phonocar-crossover PH9000 one can set the installation, with immediate effect, from the listenening point, that is remaining on the driver’s seat.

FR - L’amplificateur est constitué de 8 canaux distincts pour répondre au plus grand nombre possible de configura-tions. Quatre canaux, très puissants et de capacité électrique élevée, sont réservés aux subwoofers et aux woofers en montage simple ou double dans les portières. Quatre autres, de puissance inférieure, sont plus particulièrement destinés aux médiums et tweeters. De plus, chaque paire de canaux peut être indifféremment, utilisée en large bande. Le DREAM peut être raccordé à tout modèle de filtre actif dans le commerce. Mais l’usage du filtre actif Phonocar PH9000 offre l’avantage de gérer l’ensemble des réglages depuis le poste d’écoute du conducteur.

D - Diese Endstufe setzt sich aus 8 verschiedenen Kanälen zusammen, um allen Ansprüchen gerecht zu werden. Zwei Kanal-Paare von hoher Leistung und hoher Stromkapazität, um die modernsten Konfigurationen zu verwirklichen, die 1 Mono-Woofer bzw. 2 Woofer gebrückt, vorsehen. Die Endstufe kann an jede beliebige elektronische Frequenzweiche angeschlossen werden. Verwendet man jedoch die hierfür vorgesehe-ne Phonocar-Frequenzweiche PH9000, hat man den Vorteil, die Anlage vom Hörer aus, d.h. vom Fahrersitz, direkt einstellen zu können.

limiti. Grazie all’innovativo sistema di crossover elettronico integrato X.O.T. , la realizzazione di sistemi hi-end in multi amplificazione è semplice e veloce. Il sistema X.O.T. evita l’utilizzo di ingombranti e dispendiosi crossover elettro-nici supplementari e permette il collegamento seriale dei finali consentendo la regolazione dei tagli di frequenza di ogni singola sezione, direttamente dagli amplificatori. Right from the beginning of their technical concept, these amplifiers have been conceived for maximum acoustical performance and unlimited installation versatility.High-end multi-amplification systems can now easily and quickly be carried out, thanks to the electronic crossover (X.O.T.) integrated into these amplifiers. In fact, the X.O.T. will, on one hand, save space and money for additional electro-nic crossovers, and, on the other hand, offer the great advantage of being able to serially connect the amplifiers and regulate the frequency-cut of every single section directly on the amplifiers. The mentioned versatility can be explained by the fact that the amplifiers can be topped (forming a column). In this situation, installation will be perfect, at limited space requirements.Unbroken power-performance supplying strong bass; stability up to 1 Ohm; unlimited reliability: these features undoubtedly contribute to elevating these fabulous amplifiers to the only possible means for the achievement of real high-fidelity music listening.

I - L’amplificatore PH464 permette di trasformare il sistema audio originale (senza amplificatore) in un sistema HI-FI di elevata qualità, mantenendo gli altoparlanti originali della vettura senza modificare il cablaggio originale (ISO) . Per connettori diversi, ricercare il cavo per kit vivavoce idoneo e collegarlo al sistema.

GB - This amplifier is specifically meant to transform Original car-audio-systems (without amplifier) into high quality HIFI-systems. The Original speakers can remain in place and the Original ISO-cables need no modification. In case of differently looking connectors, please identify the cable suitable for your handsfree-kit and fix it to the audio-system.

FR - L’amplificateur PH464 permet de transformer le système audio original (sans amplificateur) en un système HI-FI de haute qualité tout en maintenant les Haut-parleurs originaux de la voiture sans modifier le câblage original (ISO). Pour les connecteurs différents, chercher le câble pour kit mains-libres compatible et le brancher au système.

D - Dieser Verstärker eignet sich prinzipiell dazu, um Original-Hifi-Anlagen (ohne Verstärker) auf qualitativ hochgradige Hifi-Systeme aufzubessern. Die Original-Lautsprecher kön-nen dabei an ihrem Platz bleiben und die Original-ISO-Kabel benötigen auch keine Änderungen. Bei andersartigen Verbindern, bitte das zum Freisprechgerät passende Kabel-Set ausfindig machen und dann an das Audio-System anschließen.

E - El PH464 es un amplificador que permite transformar el sistema audio original del coche (sin amplificador) en un sistema HI-FI de elevada calidad, manteniendo los altavoces de origen sin modificar el cableado original (ISO). Si el coche no dispone de conectores ISO se necesita el cableado usado para los sistemas de manos libres para acoplarlo al sistema.

D-CLASS AMPLIF IERS

I - Le caratteristiche fondamentali che differenziano gli amplificatori in classe D da quelli in classe AB sono le seguenti: minore assorbimento di corrente, bassa temperatura d’esercizio, dimensioni ridotte in rapporto alla potenza, possibilità della configurazione Link.

GB - The principal features distinguishing D-class amplifiers from AB-class: less current ab-sorption, low working temperature, smaller dimensions with respect to the power, possibility of working in Link-configuration.

F - Les caractéristiques principales font la différence entre les amplificateurs de classe D par rapport à la classe AB: moins absorption de courant, basse température de fonctionnement, dimensions réduites par rapport à la puissance, possibilité d’utilisation en configuration Link.

D - Positive Merkmale der Klasse-D-Verstärker, im Vergleich zur Klasse-AB: weniger Stromaufnahme, geringe Betriebstemperatur, kleinere Abmessungen im Vergleich zur Leistung, Möglichkeit der Anwendung in Link-Configuration.

E - Las características fundamentales que diferencian los amplificadores de clase D de los de clase AB, son las siguientes: menor absorbimiento de corriente, baja temperatura de funciona-miento, tamaño reducido en relación a la potencia de salida, posibilidad de configuración Link.

I - L’amplificatore PH501 permette di vivere un’esperienza car cinema unica, grazie alla presenza dei decoder audio Dolby Digital / Dolby Pro-Logic II e DTS. Concepito per un utilizzo semplificato propone tre programmi DSP (Movie, Music e Matrix). L’amplificatore è provvisto di 2 ingressi digitali e 2 analogici per l’audio ed 1 ingresso per il segnale video. Sono presenti inoltre 7 uscite audio di cui 6 amplificate di 100W Rms, 1 pre-amplificata per sub-woofer, nel caso si desideri installare un amplificatore più potente, e 3 uscite video per i monitor. Un ingresso per lettore MP3 consente di apprezzare la musica del lettore attraverso l’amplificatore.

GB - The amplifier PH501 makes you live a unique in-car cinema experience, thanks to the presence of the audio-decoders Dolby Digital / Dolby Pro-Logic II and DTS. This amplifier has been created for a simplified use and offers three DSP-programmes (Movie, Music and Matrix). It is equipped with 2 digital and 2 analogical audio-inputs and 1 video-signal input. It is further equipped with 7 audio-outputs - that is 6 amplified ones at 100W Rms and 1 pre-amplified for the sub-woofer, when a more powerful amplifier is requested - and 3 video-outputs for the monitors. An MP3-player-input gives you the chance of listening through the amplifier.

F - Cet amplificateur, doté de plusieurs unités de décodification du son (Dolby digital / Dolby Pro-Logic II et DTS) est capable de vous faire vivre une expérience cinémati-que exceptionnelle en voiture. Le PH501 est doté de 2 entrées digitales et 2 entrées analogiques pour le son, ainsi qu’une entrée pour le signal vidéo.Il y a 7 sorties audio - dont 7 amplifiées de 100W Rms et 1 pré-amplifée pour sub, si on désire installer un amplificateur plus puissant - et 3 sorties vidéo pour des écrans. Une entrée pour lecteur MP3, passant par l’amplificateur, permet une qualité d’écoute encore plus appréciable.

D - Dieser Verstärker ist mit verschiedenen Audio-Decodern ausgerüstet (Dolby Digital / Dolby Pro-Logic II und DTS) und daher in der Lage, das Kino-Erlebnis im Auto hervorragend nach-zuempfinden. Der Verwendungszweck dieses PH501 ist auf 3 DSP-Programme vereinfacht worden (Movie, Music, Matrix). Ausgestattet ist er mit 2 Digital- und 2 Analog-Eingängen für den Audio-Bereich und 1 Eingang für den Video-Bereich. Des Weiteren verfügt er über 7 Audio-Ausgänge - d.h. 6 verstärkte mit 100 Watt RMS und 1 vor-verstärkten für Sub-Woofer, falls ein größerer Verstärker gewünscht ist - und 3 Video-Ausgänge für Monitore. Ein weiterer Aux In-Eingang ermö-glicht den Anschluss weiterer Audio-Geräte (z.B. MP3-Player) um auch hier einen perfekten Hörgenuss zu erhalten.

Concebido para una utilización sencilla, propone tres programas DSP (Movi, Music y Matrix). El amplificador esta dotado de 2 entradas digitales y 2 analógicas para el audio y 1 entrada para la señal de video. Además están presentes 7 salidas de audio de las cuales 6 de ellas amplificadas de 100 W RMS, 1 pre-amplificada para subwoofer, en el caso de que se desee instalar un amplificador más potente y 3 salidas video para monitores. Una entrada para lectores de MP3 consiente de apreciar la música del reproductor a través del amplificador.

GB - Phonocar’s Headquarters shelter all Commercial, Administra-tion and Technical offices, as well as a large stocking-area for fin-ished products. The nearby Phonocar production-facility manufac-tures Phonocar-speakers and other speaker-brands.

D - In der Phonocar Hauptverwaltung in Italien sind Technik, Verkauf und Verwal-tung untergebracht. Hier befindet sich auch ein umfangreiches Fertigwarenlager. In der naheliegenden Produktions-Fabrik werden Phonocar-Lautsprecher, sowie Lautsprecher für andere Firmen, hergestellt.

WARRANTY• Phonocar reserves herself the right to introduce any product modifications without prior notice.• All products contained in this catalogue have a warranty according to the law.• Defect components have to be returned to the Phonocar-Dealer, transport prepaid. In case of manufacturing-flaws, they will be repaired free-of-charge.• For the products returned without purchase-evidence, we will recognize a Warranty of 26months from the production-date.• For the products returned with purchase-evidence, we will recognize a Warranty of 24months from the purchase-date reported on the evidence.• For the parts and components subject to wearing (example: CD-DVD-USB-SD-drivers, potentiometers, Touch-screen, keys), we will recognize a reduced Warranty of 14months (Multimedia-products).• Warranty gets VOID in case of non-authorized modifications, tampering, inappropriate installation, unsuitable application (with consequent burn-out of speaker-coil or amplifier- transistor).• Warranty extinguishes as soon as modifications, improper handling or inadequate installation turn out to be the reason for the defect.
