Guidelines

Group Discussions

Ensure there is a discussion leader (e.g. an experienced ITEA participant):

- Take care of overall timing; stop non-relevant or too detailed discussions

- Take care that key messages of the discussion participants are heard

Discussion:

- Make an inventory of project ideas, technologies and organisations

- Cluster ideas while keeping focus

- Share the business orientation and check the innovation from the beginning

- Identify which organisations have a real added value

- Avoid ‘Mega clusters’ of ideas; split up if needed

Wrap Up:

- Define follow-up actions

- Assign a contact person and presenter per cluster

- Complete ‘Project Idea’ template (USB) per cluster and deliver it to

Erik Rodenbach 15 min. before start of the plenary session
