Good morning Mr. Mays, Attached is a courtesy electronic copy of the letter that the U.S. Nuclear RegulatoryCommission (NRC) staff issued this morning proposing to resume implementation of theNRC’s March 2018 approach to identify historic, cultural, and religious sites at the Dewey-Burdock in situ uranium recovery project. A hard copy will be provided as well. Anelectronic copy of a letter issued to the Oglala Sioux Tribe is also attached for your awareness.As outlined in the letter, the NRC staff looks forward to your response by December 5, 2018.
