That Which Does Not Obligate The Major Bath

There are ten things a person is not required to perform the

major bath from:

1) Madhi

2)Wadi

3) If one has a sexual dream but finds no wetness

4) Giving birth without visible blood.

5) If a man inserts his penis in a women's vagina, butthere is a cloth that prevents the feeling of sexualpleasure.

6) Administrating medicine in the anus.

7) Inserting a finger or something like it into the vagina

or anus does not require the major bath.

8-9) Having sexual intercourse with an animal or adeceased women without discharging semen.

10) If a male penetrates a virgin though he does not

break her hymen and does not discharge semen.
