Plan Stratégique de la SIOPELes 7 objectifs
1. Traitements innovants2. Médecine de Précision3. Connaitre la biologie4. Egalité d‘accès5. Adolescents et Jeunes Adultes6. Qualité de la guérison7. Causes des cancers pédiatriques

1. Generate a tumor molecular profile for each patient at relapse (biopsy) (whole exome, RNA seq, immunophenotyping)
2. Match treatment proposal to each individual molecular profile3. Evaluate new agents and drug combinations4. Create a large European well- annotated clinico –biological
database5. Identify new targets, new pathways for specific pediatric drug
development
The ITCC Precision Cancer Medicinespeed up science and innovation for children
More than one out of 2 patients with no curable relapse in ITCC centers has access to at least to one new drug

MAPPYACTS A multicentric, prospective proof-of-concept studyMoleculAr Profiling for Pediatric and Young Adult Cancer Treatment Stratification
Recruitment period December 2015 during 3 years
Patient population ~ 300 children and adolescents with solid tumors and leukemia
Main objective To screen the maximum of relapsed or refractory pediatric patients to provide them with their individual molecular tumor profile and treat them with matched innovative targeted agents
Secondary objectives OR, TTP, OS, detection of new targets, percentage of therapy suggestions, etc.
Primary Molecular Analysis
WES and RNA Seq
Secondary Molecular Analyses
Methylation array, miRNA expression"The Immune Contexture of Pediatric Cancers”
Ancillary Studies Circulating DNA,Preclinical models and patient-derived xenografts

As of April 2016
