TD Solutions –Specialty Tool, HydroGRS™

HydroGRS™ (Hydraulic Guide/Reamer Shoe) is a guide shoe designed to assist in

getting the casing to bottom in difficult environments saving time and overall costs. The shoe

has a proven track record of getting casing to bottom in a significantly shorter time when

swelling shales, ledges and/or washed out areas are hampering the ability to get

casing to TD successfully. The rotary nose is free to rotate as needed to

“follow” the hole while running casing but can be rotated with

pump pressure to actually ream the hole if necessary.

1. CemaX cluster cemented frac sleeve system includes VFlex

Benefits

Like all liquids, fracturing fluids tends to follow the path of least resistance. This can

result in over-treated zones, untreated perforation clusters within a stage. DDB is used to

increase fracture network complexity by blocking off the path of least resistance and

redirects the frac fluids to untreated perforation sets within the stage.

Game-changing WIZARDTM dissolvable plugs, a fully dissolvable plug rated to 10kpsi, no debris after the plug is fully dissolved downhole, WIZARDTM

Test Adjacent: the GP Valve Grease is rapidly

dissolved and washed off the glass plate, insoluble

solid lubricant can be seen in bottom of the jar.

Result: limited retention in the gate valve cavity.

Frequent re-lubrication necessary.

Test Opposite: 601’s structure remains completely

unchanged, regardless of the exposure time.

Result: 601 has good ability of hydrocarbon

resistance.

valve lubricant based on a bespoke synthetic

base material, providing complete resistance to
