Cane Spider1 oz. Damoiseau Cane Rhum

½ oz. Damoiseau 110 Rhum Blanc

½ oz. fresh lemon juice

½ oz. Allspice dram

¼ oz. Elderflower liqueur

Black raspberries

Muddle black raspberries in a mixing glass. Add ice with the rest of the ingredients and shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain into an old-fashioned glass with fresh ice and garnish with a sprig of mint and lemon.

1 ½ oz. Damoiseau Cane Rum

1 oz. Damoiseau 110 Rhum Blanc

1 oz. fresh lime juice

¼ oz. allspice dram

½ oz. Velvet Falernum

½ oz. of homemade or quality grenadine

2 dashes of bitters

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, shake hard for 10 seconds, and strain into a pilsner glass with fresh ice. Garnish with lime peel and a cherry

1 oz. Tapatio 110 Tequila

¾ oz. sugarcane syrup

1 oz. fresh lime juice

Shake hard with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Half Day Army1 oz. Damoiseau VSOP

½ oz. Damoiseau 110 Rhum Blanc

½ oz. Clément Créole Shrubb

½ oz. sugarcane syrup

1 oz. fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and shake hard and strain into an old-fashioned glass with fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel
