INSTALLATION
Choix d’un palier d’installation
Le palier d’installation doit correspondre aux
exigences suivantes :
- il doit avoir une surface plane et horizontale;
- il doit être sec;
- il ne doit pas y avoir de poussière sur celui-ci et
autour de celui-ci;
- le sol doit être stable et doit posséder une
capacité de charge suffisante;
- il doit y avoir une connection au réseau de
l’alimentation électrique.
La machine еst destiné pour une exploitation en
lieu clos !!.
La machine ne doit pas être utilisée dans des
zones explosibles !!
Déballage
1.Démontez la partie supérieure et celle de
devant de la caisse en bois. Maintenant, vous
avez déjà accès aux canaux d’élévage de la
machine destinés au chariot élévateur.
2.Retirer de la caisse tous les blocs en bois qui
servaient de base à la machine.
3.Utilisez un chariot élévateur pour sortir la
machine de la caisse,.
Mise en marche de la machine
Utilisez des vis de nivelage pour compenser les inégalités
insignifiantes du sol. Le plateau de la base doit être stablement
couchée au sol.
1.Utilisez une clé à molette coudées six degrés pour démonter
les vis de fixation du plateau de la base.
2.Soulevez la colonne dans sa position de fonctionnement
normal et serrez les vis de fixation.
Remarque: Il est possible qu’en soulevant la colonne les câbles
sont détériorés. Prenez les précautions afin que les câbles ne
soient pas accrochés ou écrasés.
Consignes d’entretien
-Clean the machine. Use a clean, dry cloth to remove
dust and grime.
-Use a clean cloth (together with cleaning spray) for the
folder rollers
of film distributor when necessary.

Chaque jour
Une fois par mois
Une fois tous les 6 mois
- Nettoyez la machine. Utilisez un chiffon propre et sec pour éliminer
la poussière et les saletés.
- Quand il est nécessaire, utilisez un chiffon propre (avec un spray
nettoyant) pour nettoyer le rouleau presseur du chariot porte-
bobine.
- Vérifiez le disque du frein du chariot porte-bobine
-Vérifiez la chaîne d’entraînement du chariot porte-bobine.
- Vérifiez la courroie cunéiforme de la base (si nécessaire, réglez le degré
de tension de celle-ci).
- Graissez la chaîne de la base.
