PETRAL est une entreprise italienne specialisée dans le domaine des planchers technique surélevés. La société a été fondée en 2004 et s’est distinguée dès le debut pour l’innovation technologique, la haute qualité de ses produits et la plus grande attention aux clients. Pour PETRAL l’objectif principal est ce de realiser de produits de qualité superieure qui assurent les solutions techniques les plus avancées et appropriées à chaques typologie de projet. Nos planchers techniques sont presents dans les plus grands projets de Architecture et là où il est demandée notre competence technique et organisative de notre équipe. Notre Société accord une grande attention aussi à la responsabilité ambientale et à l’utilisation de matières premières respectueuses de l’environnement. La production est realisée à Sommariva Bosco dans l’usine de 8.000 m2 avec une capacité productive de 450.000 m2 par an. Grace à ceci nous pouvons realiser de grands projets dans un delai de temps limité. Le siège PETRAL de Racconigi est destiné à la recherche, à la conception architecturale, à l’activité commerciale et administrative.

GAMME DE PRODUITS

La gamme de produits PETRAL est divisée en deux typologie: planchers techniques pour Intérieurs et pour Extérieurs. Les deux gammes se basent sur de materiels qui repondent à des critères architecturale differents et qui utilisent donc des finit ions et structures specifiques selon les exigences du client.

PLANCHERS TECHNIQUE SURELEVE’

Le plancher technique PETRAL est un système de dalles modulaires qui reposent sur une structure de support réglable en hauteur. Ce système permet de créer en d e s s o u s d u d a l l a g e u n compartiment technique utile pour le p a s s a g e d e s c a b l e s . L e s composants du système sont: DALLE, FINITION SUPERIEURE, F I N I T I O N I N F E R I E U R E e t STRUCTURE.

DALLES

Le choix du type de dalles reponds aux p l u s d i v e r s e s e x i g e a n c e s architecturales. Voir les dalles type AGGLOMERE’ DE BOIS, SULPHATE DE CALCIUM, ENCAPSULEE, BRICKTILE et le type de finition superieure Laminé stratifié, PVC Vinyl, Linoleum, Gres cerame, Parquet, Marbres, Granite.

La dalle BRICKTILE est la seule qui peut etre utilisée en interieure comme en exterieure, grace à sa resistance à l’eau et aux agents metereologique. Il est constituée de un support brut ceramique cette dalle est capable de donner de hautes prestations aussi à niveau de resistance aux poids et au feu.

L’épaisseur totale est de 25 mm y compris la finition.

Densité: 2200 kg/mc

Absorption d’eau 0,16% après 24 h de immersion.
