DESCRIPTION
The sueding machine S330 is made up of one sueding rollerwhich is contrasted to a roller covered with rubber. Can suede woven, knit fabric and other materials as non wovens, denim, outwear, swimwear, sportwear, lingerie,used also in home textile and automotive fields as imitation leather and nonwoven fabric so as to obtain finished products of excellent quality. LSC100 has been design to achieve the engraving of different patterns on rubber rollers; The laser engraving machine has two main parts: a laser source and a controller unit system. The beam emitted from the laser allows the controller to trace patterns onto the surface of the roller. The controller (computer) controls the direction, intensity, speed of movement, and spread of the laser beam aimed at the surface. The New 3D laser engraving gives excellent results on both rubber and elastomeric coatings using in textile, rotogravure cylinders, flexographic and embossing rollers.TRANSCRIPT

The Pa ern sueding effects; In this case the roller covered with rubber has to be replaced with a roller engraved with the drawings (pa erns) which has to be reproduced on fabric. Other materials like knits, imita on leather and nonwoven fabric can be processed given an excellent finishing quality.
