FUEGO MULTIAXIS:独创的结构构造凭借三十多年数控领域的丰富经验及在金刚石绳锯加工领域的独有技术，Breton打造了一款创新性高性能的多轴单绳锯加工机械。该款机械易于编程，广泛应用于家具和建筑领域，如加工园柱、锥形柱、柱覆面，以及各种复杂形状和部件。

FUEGOMultiaxis具备10轴的菲戈单绳锯，可轻松实现各种复杂的仿形作业。

对于此类机械，非常关键的一点是金刚石锯绳的倾角。较大的倾角意味着支撑工作轮的弓形结构必须降至地面以下，这需要对地基进行复杂的基础改造，必然导致支撑柱的两侧会永久保留具有潜在危险的深坑。

为了克服此问题，Breton想出了巧妙创意。他们在每个支撑柱上安装了带两个直径1000毫米滑轮的滑车，两个相对的滑车能够独立地在沿支撑柱上下运行。

有了Breton的巧妙设计，该机械能够以+/-20°的锯绳倾角，锯割最高1,800毫米的荒料。同时，当锯绳平行于地面时，锯绳与荒料车平台之间的距离可高达2,200毫米。

The Breton Fuego Multiaxis represents the quintessential innovativeand technological spirit of the company. The machine, which caninterpolate up to 10 axes, is designed to shape and dimension of largeand small blocksby use of a diamond wire.The traverse and rotation axes of the trolley, which are interpolated with the downward movement of the diamond wire, allows the Fuego to perform complex profiles as: cylindrical and conical columns, shells for column finish, and silhouettes for the décor, stairs, frames and much more.This machine can cut blocks with maximum dimension of up to 1,800 mmin height with a diamond wire that can incline up to +/- 20°, requiring a300 mm recession in the foundation on either side of each column.With the wire parallel to the trolley surface, the distance between the diamond wire and the surface itself is 2,200 mm.The deflection of the wire during the cutting operations is controlledby the operating system of the machine, based on the position of thetension piston that adjusts the cutting speed to always ensure the perfect accuracy of the finished product.The Fuego has two opposite «carriages» that move vertically independently on guides that have ball screws (protected by bellows). While one trolley is equipped with a motor and driven pulley, which are both 1,000 mm diameter, the opposite one has two 1,000 mm diameter driven pulleys.The tautness of the tension pulley is maintained by a pneumatic cylinder.Two pairs of guidepulleys of 300 mm diameter ensure the precise guidanceof the wire near the entrance and exit of the block to be cut.The machine is equipped with a 6 wheel motorized trolley (3 of the trolleyare a “V” profile wheel) with a motorized rotating loading platform.The electrical cabinet contains a digital inverter that controls the powerof the main motor, drives for driven motors for the axes movement, and an NC unit and a color touch-screen operating panel.This major step in our extensive product line of traditional stone equipment, is for those clients who demand works of art of the highest complexity, and significant material removal, at maintenance and consumable costs considerably lower then traditional methods which often involve multiple machines and material movements for what the Fuego can accomplish in ONE.
