Toute location ne devient effective qu’après réception de votre contrat signé, accompagné du montant des arrhes demandées, soit 25 % du séjour total + 10 € de réservation. Le solde sera réglé le jour de votre arrivée. Dès réception du contrat et de votre règlement, un accusé de réception vous sera délivré. Ce dernier devra être présenté le jour de votre arrivée. Le montant du séjour sera calculé d’après les dates de réservation mentionnées sur le contrat. Toute arrivée retardée ou départ anticipé ne donnera droit à aucune réduction.Arrivée le samedi, le dimanche et le mercredi après 15h. En cas d’arrivée retardée, nous aviser. Départ le samedi, le dimanche ou le mercredi avant 10h. Juillet/août: séjour minimum 1 semaine. En soldant votre séjour, une caution de 100 € vous sera réclamée pour les locations Mobil home/chalet. Cette somme sera retenue en cas de détérioration des locaux ou du matériel. Un forfait de 50 € sera facturé en cas de ménage non fait.Toute annulation parvenue par écrit avant le 1er mai donnera droit au remboursement des arrhes (sauf les frais de réservation). Pour tout autre cas, vous devez vous assurer auprès d’une compagnie d’assurance.

Reservation is only confirmed upon reception of the signed contract accompanied by the full payment of the required deposit (Deposit is 25% of the total amount of the stay + 10€ administration fee) The balance is due upon arrival. Upon receipt of your confirmation and payment, a confirmation voucher will be sent to you and we kindly ask you to present this document upon arrival. Total payment is based on length of stay agreed upon in the original contract. Late arrivals and early departures cannot be deducted.Arrivals are on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday after 3pm: please inform us regarding late arrivals. Check-outs are on Saturday, Sunday or Wednesday before 10am. July/August : minimum stay of one week. 100 € safety deposit will be due upon check-in for mobile homes and chalets. Guests will be charged for any damage to mobile homes or chalets. A 50€ charge will be applied if the rental hasn’t been cleaned.Reservations cancelled before May 1st -100% deposit refund minus administration charges. Cancellations after May 1st- deposit cannot be refunded. We recommend you check with your travel insurance policy as administration fees will not be refunded.
