Les premières coupes de ce diaporama ont été réalisées en 1972. Il a fallu de nombreuses années et de nombreux corps pour constituer des séries cohérentes de coupes. La première édition de l’Atlas de Coupes Sériées du Corps Humain (Koritké/Sick) en1982 correspond à l’éclosion et à la généralisation de l’imagerie médicale par coupes. Ces documents en couleurs, jamais publiés, sont encore d’actualité sur les plans pédagogique et de la recherche. L’interprétation fine à été réalisée dans « Atlas of Sectional Human Anatomy » (Koritké/Sick) édité par Urban &Schwarzenberg, 2eme édition, 1988.Mr. R. Becker, a contribué à la prise de vues, le travail de mise en forme a étépossible grâce au talent de Mr. G.
