Santé Overview A – Opportunities and Strength

1 – Santé Alexandra is a Food industrial company for producing milk products , Juices and most types of cheese

2 – The company was established in Borg El-Arab City in Egypt as a closed joint- stoke under the investment law and since 2000

3 – The location of the plant in an area of Burg Al Arab industrial is far from Alexandria and airport Burg Al Arab by 30 kilometers and just 50 kilometers

from Nozha Airport and the port of Alexandria and factory overlooking the 4 – The Islamic Development Bank in Jeddah is the owner by 100 % since 2010

streets from all sides including the main road of Burg Al Arab 5 – The factory is located on an area of 42,000 m2 and buildings on an area

of approx. 20 000 m2 with availability to build on another 8 000 m2 as warehouses or Juice Concentrate Plant

7 – All the services and manufacturing workshops for spare parts required are available in this region, as well as most of the raw materials needed for

Products mainly as milk supplies and most importantly with the availability of dairy farms on the Egypt-Alexandria Desert Road

8 – All technical and trained operator and technicians are available in this area with reasonable salaries

9 – The factory premises of the Steel structure Imported From America with 11 meter at the middle and 8 meter at the side allowing to fix racking

system in drive in system to increase storage capacity 10 – The plant has enough space for extension in each section

11 – The Plant could produce all different type of aseptic and Pasteurized milk and Juice with different size and packs

12 – we have space to produce all type of Cheese as white milk, Feta, Mozzarella, Cheddar as well as Laban, Ghee, butter, butter oil and milk powder filling in different size and packs with max capacity 435 ton/day
