The company provided outsourcing services to other manufacturing companies in the RGV and the Reynosa Industrial area. First month of training shadowed the Sr. Engineer to learn all aspects of the business: Customer Acquisition, production process, quality inspection, payroll, import/export, billing.

CLIENTS:

BLACK AND DECKER: Started with a simple manufacturing operation of one line of 5 workers, 1 model, 1 shift. After 8 months, my Team and I increased profit by 250%, to a operation of 16 lines of 80 workers distributed in 2 shifts. Handled 37 models ( Manufacturing process, Import/export, billing).
