The project impacted 4 countries and worked with 6 different implementation partners.

Lead and managed the SIMAN and partner teams through a successful Oracle Retail implementation including Merchandising, Allocation, Invoice Match, Store Inventory Management, Data Warehouse and Planning Optimization which represented the single largest investment in the company’s 91 year history.

Oversaw Oracle Retail project as well as related legacy projects simultaneity that all impacted go live.

Documented “As Is” processes and facilitated pre-implementation workshops. These tasks helped to reduce the total cost of ownership for the project by preparing the client team prior to the arrival of the implementation team.

Designed solution for enhancements that allowed Siman to meet legal requirements but maintain base Oracle Retail functionality. Bolt-on concepts were utilized to make future upgrades more manageable.

Planned and facilitated weekly Team Meetings, biweekly Executive Meetings, monthly CEO Meetings and quarterly Partner Meetings in order to engage all levels of stakeholders and management in the success of the project.

Developed and Executed Change Management plans to foster acceptance and excitement about the changes coming to all areas of the organization. This included working with Executives to everyday users.

Developed and managed the Testing Strategy and activities including daily progress reports to Executive Sponsors

Developed and managed the Training Plan which included training for more than 300 employees and 4 countries.
