Principe de fonctionnement / Principle of operation

Les raccords simple bague sont un standard de raccords à visser destinés à la réalisation de réseaux

hydrauliques. Ils sont fabriqués selon la norme ISO 8434-1/DIN 2353. Ils se composent, en plus du raccord

et de l’écrou, d’une bague qui va, lors du serrage de l’écrou, venir se sertir sur le tube, l’empêchant ainsi

de se désemboîter du raccord une fois mis en pression.

Pas besoin d’outils spécifiques ni de soudure pour sertir le raccord ou évaser le tube.

C’est lors du serrage de l’écrou que la bague se déforme sur le corps du raccord évasé à 24° et vient

profondément empreindre le tube en deux endroits. Cette bague empêche l’écrou de se dévisser

et crée une excellente étanchéité même dans des conditions de vibrations à haute pression.

The single cutting ring union is a standard of fittings designed for hydraulic networks.

It is manufactured according to the ISO 8434-1/DIN 2353 norms. The union is composed of a ring that will cut

into the tube during the tightening operation, which will prevent the tube disconnecting from the union. With

this technology, you do not need any special tools or welding.

During tightening of the nut, the ring deforms itself against the body of the union, which is flared at 24°,

causing the ring to bite into the tube at two points. The ring prevents the nut from becoming loose

and creates an excellent seal even in high pressure conditions with vibrations.

Principe de fonctionnement / Principle of operation

Les raccords double bague sont un standard de raccords à visser destinés à la réalisation de réseaux

de gaz, vapeur et d’air haute pression. Ils se composent, en plus du raccord et de l’écrou, de deux bagues

qui vont, lors du serrage de l’écrou, venir se sertir sur le tube remplissant deux fonctions distinctes.

La bague avant permet d’étancher le raccord et la bague arrière assure le serrage de la bague avant

et réparti le couple de serrage radialement.

Le montage des raccords double bagues se fait en trois étapes :

Le matériau utilisé pour les tubes doit répondre aux normes

requises et présenter de plus les caractéristiques suivantes :

→ La surface doit être absolument lisse.

→ Les faces de découpage droites et sans défaut apparent.

→ Une dureté de 80 HB pour l’acier inox.

→ Les tubes doivent être étirés (sans soudure)

→ 3/4 de tour pour les raccords de dimension < 6 mm ou 1/4”

Tighten with a spanner the nut clockwise.

Préparation du tube

→ Coupez les tubes à angle droit ; un écart de 1/2° par

rapport à l’axe du tube peut être accepté.

Ne pas utiliser de coupe-tube.

→ Ebavurez le tube, intérieur et extérieur.

Enlevez les copeaux et les saletés.

→ Aux coudes, il faut respecter un minimum de partie droite

correspondant au moins à deux longueurs d’écrou.

Epaisseur des tubesPour les tubes à paroi mince, nous recommandons l’utilisation

d’inserts de renfort. Schéma valable pour tubes Inox 304L,

Inox 316L.

O : L’utilisation d’inserts est nécessaire.

X : L’utilisation d’inserts est recommandée

sous conditions d’utilisation sévères (vibrations).

Montage du raccord à bague Les tubes en acier inoxydable sont à préparer au montage

avec des blocs de pré-sertissage, manuellement ou avec des

machines adéquates. Ceci est également recommandé pour le

montage avec des raccords en matière différente.

→ Montage avec bloc de pré-sertissage : huilez légèrement

Glissez l’écrou et la bague sur le tube.

Veillez à la bonne direction de la bague !

→ Vissez l’écrou à la main le plus fort possible sur le bloc de

pré-sertissage ; en même temps, poussez le tube à fond.

Pendant que la bague vient entamer le tube, on sent

l’augmentation du couple de serrage. Effectuez un repère sur

le tube et l’écrou. Serrez l’écrou avec une clef environ un tour,

bourrelet s’est bien formé devant le tourner sur le tube.

Présentez le tube pré-monté au raccord et vissez l’écrou

d’environ 1/2 tour au-delà du point d’augmentation de force.

Pendant ce serrage, tenir le raccord avec une deuxième clef.
