IMPORTANT INFORMATION

While the walk should not be particularly demanding, neither will it be a Sunday stroll. The walkers must follow the advice offered by the organisers and the guides. Walkers should be in regular hill walking practice and in possession of suitable equipment – hiking shoes/boots, a stick, wet weather clothing and a change of clothing. Over and above the meals and refreshments provided by the organisers, each walker should ensure that he/she has sufficient drinking water and dried fruit and/or energy bars for munching en route. Finally, walkers should note that they are responsible for their own safety and therefore they would be well advised to arrange their own individual insurance cover. Liability rests with the individual, not the organisers.
