本学 National College of Nursing, Japan (NCNJ)

は、バングラデシュ人民共和国のグラミン銀行グルー

プと国立国際医療研究センターとの共同事業の一環

として、グラミンカレドニア看護大学 Grameen

Caledonian College of Nursing (GCCN)に対する協力

連携を実施しています。昨年度、本学の教員 2 名が

GCCN に派遣され、教員に対する授業計画案の作成、

授業評価に関するワークショップなどの技術支援を

行いました。今回、GCCN 教員を大学校に招聘し、技

術支援のフォローアップ研修を行い、看護学教育に対

する学びを深め、GCCN における教育への示唆を得る

ことを目的に研修を行いました。

看護学部の基礎看護学・成人看護学・母性看護学・

小児看護学における講義・演習・実習についての講義、

成人看護学実習の見学、病院見学などを行いました。

また、研究課程部（修士課程）の教育・研究、臨床看

護研究推進センターや研修部における看護師の継続

教育・研究支援などについても学びました。

以上の学びをもとに，GCCN における看護教育への

示唆についても有意義な話し合いが行われました。

Under the partnership between the Grameen

Bank and the National Center for Global Health and

Medicine, the Grameen Caledonian College of

Nursing (GCCN) and the National College of

Nursing-Japan (NCNJ) have been collaborating

with each other. Last year, two faculty members

visited the GCCN to share ideas about developing

and evaluating class teaching plans in a workshop

format. This year, two faculty members were

invited to the NCNJ to follow-up on this

partnership project.

The visiting faculty from the GCCN had

opportunities to gain better understanding about

undergraduate nursing education in several

specialty areas (e.g., fundamental nursing, adult

health nursing, maternal health nursing, child

health nursing), in class and clinical practicum

formats. Also, they learned about education and

research programs in the graduate school of

nursing, and continuing education programs for

nurses at the Research Center in Clinical Nursing

and the Education Center for Nursing Development.

We discussed implications and exchanged ideas

about our nursing education in the future.

研究課程部履修生 3 名と，シミュレーター等を用いて全身のアセスメント

のまとめを行いました。We went through the “head-to-toe” assessment

skills utilizing simulators with three graduate students,.

妊婦・新生児・乳幼児のケアを学習するためのシミュレータも体験しました。We had an experience to use mannequin-simulators

for infants, toddlers, and pregnant women that are available for students to learn necessary skills.

小児看護学の課題について意見交換し，また小児看護学の技術演習で使うベッドや食物サンプルを見学しました。We

discussed issues about child health nursing. We had a skills laboratory tour to see pediatric beds, food samples, etc.

基本技術学習のための講義の組み方，物品や視聴覚教材の用い方についても学びました。We learned how to organize and

structure fundamental nursing class, and how to use equipment, simulators, and audio-visual materials effectively.
