I have five years of working experience as HR Generalist in managing and coordinating Human
Resources and Administration programs. In depth knowledge and hands on experience about HR

Professional Experience:
1) HR Executive Sabirs’ Poultry ( Sabirs’ Group of Companies) (From March 2014 till Today)
Sabirs’ Group is a leading, completely vertically integrated Poultry Producing Group of Pakistan.
Currently the Group is comprised of Sabirs’ Poultry, Shahzor Feeds (Pvt.) Ltd., Multan Feeds,
Sabirs’ Feeds, Sabirs’ Foods (Pvt.) Ltd. and other expansion plans.
I joined Sabirs’ Group as HR Officer and later on promoted to the position of HR Executive.
My key job responsibilities include:
Job Responsibilities:
To assist and provide support to Group Manager Human Resources in HR Planning and
conducting Job Analysis
To do internal and external recruitment after receiving job requisitions.
Talent acquisition through online job posting and print media at minimum cost.
Responsible to receive and keep record of CVs data bank, screening of CVs and to call
short listed candidates for job interviews.
Do all necessary documentation as per policies at the joining day of all new employees.
Conduct new employee orientation of all new joiners in the organization.
Issue Appointment Letters and Job Descriptions to new employees.
Communicating and explaining HR Policies and procedures to the Group employees.
To work on ERP Oracle Software as Internal Functional Assistant and to implement full life
cycle of HR & Payroll Module in the Company.
Responsible for preparation of daily and monthly attendance and leaved record of
employees.
To deal with the Group employees regarding employment matters like applications for
Loan, Salary Increment, Reimbursement of Medical Bills, Visiting Cards , Final Settlements,
exit interviews and such other employment matters.
To coordinate with GM HR to develop and implement yearly Training Calendar.

To deal with Pakistan State Oil Company (PSO) and to keep record of PSO Fleet Cards of
the Group Vehicles and documents.
Responsible for coordinating with P.E.S.S.I, E.O.B.I, and Labor Department regarding
employment matters and practices.
Preparation of Performance Appraisal Forms and coordinate with managers to conduct
appraisal activities and meetings with employees.
Develop and maintain employee personal files as per the HR policies of Sabirs’ Group.
Perform other tasks assigned by Group Manager Human Resources.
Achievements:
Reduced the operational costs and recruitment costs to the minimum level.
Developed procedures for better administration and management of office.
Received Appreciation Letter from Executive Director on Regular Attendance and
promoted as HR Executive on good performance.
Better event management with minimum use of resources
2) HR Officer Anmol Textile Mills Limited (From November 2010 to December 2013) Anmol Textile Mills Limited is a textile company that deals in the manufacturing of cotton yarn. Its
Head Office is situated at Johar Town, Lahore. The spinning unit of the company is located at Okara.
Major Duties Performed:
Maintains attendance, leave record and ensures that office discipline is maintained.
To develop policies of Loan, Attendance, Leaves, Visiting Cards and Food Allowances for
the employees of the mill.
Recruitment of workers for administration and production departments in the spinning
unit.
To ensure provision of utility services in offices like electricity, gas, water, telephone and
internet and ensures continued supply without interruption.
Maintaining of employees record in personal files.
Preparation of housekeeping reports, mills hotel and canteen management.
To coordinate with finance department regarding preparation of employees’ salaries,
overtime
To perform other tasks as assigned by the senior management of the mills.
